The food was terrible. The service was good as they tried to make the experience better . But the food was not good. Burger under cooked and flatbread to replace the burger ( I could not do a new burger) was like cardboard. The tomatoes on top tasted over ripe and acidic to the point of unpleasant. It is a nice restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, but tonight I would not recommend.

It’s been years since I’ve been here. Always great food and great service. Great restaurant in Eagan. Quiet setting for a weekday lunch. I had the shrimp tacos and enjoyed every bite. Plenty of parking. Spacious. Clean. Good expect. Looking forward to coming back again

The service was a bit slow for it not being that busy but l think our waiter was the only one working so that makes a difference. When the food was brought out they didn't ask if we needed anything.
This place feels like the perfect local, welcoming, classy, high-end menu partnered with reasonable pricing and wonderful happy hour appys & bevies!!! 2 for 1!!!

This particular Houlihans was very nice. I went for a late lunch on a Monday and the atmosphere was quiet with a nice spirited vibe. Our server was super mellow and yet got us everything we need in a timely manner. I would totally recommend this menu for those of us who can’t eat certain foods. Lots to choose from, and they made my father a sandwich and fruit cup not on the menu.
