Ichiddo ramen

I’ve been to many ramen store nearby. The noodles here are very delicious, the soup is excellent, and all the ingredients are very fresh. The service is fantastic, and the milk tea isn’t overly sweet—it’s healthy, just the way I like it. It’s a really cute little store, and I’ll definitely come back.❤️❤️❤️

Ramen is always at room temperature. The hotter the better. But the service is good.

Ate here when they opened, & tonight. If youre use to the Apple valley one & are getting take out. Its straight trash compared to the AV location. I'm not sure if they order from a different vendor. Zero flavor both times. I'm a cut you all slack for being a newish franchise.

I've been here many times, so obviously I've enjoyed it -- but they've slipped.

The ramen I got today was inedible. The broth was way off, the toppings were obviously old, and the beef was hard and dry.

The chicken kara-age was also different, I was able to finish it but it wasn't what it always has been.

The Beef Donburi I grabbed for takeout was also disappointing. The beef was dry and the sauce looked like it was poured over the dish instead of fried with the beef.

I complained politely to the server about the ramen and was give a 50% discount (on the ramen).

They should have completey comped the ramen and bought my beer. It was THAT bad.

I won't be back, and I recommend visiting a different ramen spot in Eagan like KyuRamen in Town Center.

My number one spot to eat ramen, always good, fresh and delicious the people are really nice and the food comes super quick which is nice! The different types of bubba are amazing 10/10

Decided to stop for dinner here. The Ramen was delicious, and the variety of boba teas was amazing! Was a bit disappointed that we weren't greeted when we came in, given the fact that there were no other customers in the restaurant and the only floor staff was on the phone taking an order (that took a very long time to complete). People who had to go orders seemed to be a priority.

I don’t know about you, but a server that didn’t know what tonkotsu is at a ramen restaurant was comical. Their broth is very bland, much better ramen options in town.

Of all the ramen places that I've tried, this is the best one. Portions are great and the ramen is very flavorful. The takoyaki, pork buns, and char sui ramen have been my go-to choices. The service has always been great. Staff are friendly, check up often, and food comes out promptly. Prices are also good compared to other ramen spots.

One person in the front working by himself! It looked like 2 or so people in the kitchen! They did a great job with a small team! When we walked in it was just one other family at a table, within 5 minutes things got busy! 5 other tables plus ours showed up and there was 7 or more DoorDash/take out orders! You could tell he was getting stressed and kept apologizing to the tables for being slow but he held down the for very well and didn’t stop moving and working! Food was hot and good! Only complaint would be more pork on the pork bun!

My friend and I ate here for the first time and enjoyed it! It's a cute small restaurant with very good food and boba. I loved how many different options of boba they had, which I was surprised by. Will definitely have to come back and try the other flavors of boba! The staff are really nice and had great service! Our waitress helped give us recommendations and showed us what was popular. Will definitely come back and would recommend this place :)
