Got the house sake one time... It was way more than I thought based on the cost. Good to split with 3 or 4 people.

If you like good food and like to dine out don't go here.
First is that the dinning room is pathetic. It's set up like a subway restaurant with fancy wallpaper. Next the and theme of restaurant says that it's Japanese. It is not Japanese. This place is trying to be Japanese but is Chinese.
Finally, if you can't make Japanese food then just make Chinese food instead of trying to do both. The food sucks and everything has corn and mushrooms in it. Not a very thought out menu and insults what Ramen really is.
1 beer 1 app and a small portion of fried rice was 30.00.
You've been warned.
This place sucks and is overrated and overpriced
More important is that it is NOT JAPANESE

Tasty option for the Eagan area.

I was missing ichiran ramen and came across this place near where I was in Eagan.

I ordered the closest thing I could to a traditional tonkatsu ramen - the Niku Soba Ramen and it was good but a bit strange for me. I wish they had a typical tonkatsu ramen (what I was hankering for but not willing to drive an extra 30 mins to Ramen Station for) with sliced charsiu, menma, negi and ajitsuke tamago.

The service was efficient and the food came promptly.

Ichiddo is a good option in Eagan but a poor substitute for Ichiran.

I’ve been to many ramen store nearby. The noodles here are very delicious, the soup is excellent, and all the ingredients are very fresh. The service is fantastic, and the milk tea isn’t overly sweet—it’s healthy, just the way I like it. It’s a really cute little store, and I’ll definitely come back.❤️❤️❤️

Ramen is always at room temperature. The hotter the better. But the service is good.

Ate here when they opened, & tonight. If youre use to the Apple valley one & are getting take out. Its straight trash compared to the AV location. I'm not sure if they order from a different vendor. Zero flavor both times. I'm a cut you all slack for being a newish franchise.

I've been here many times, so obviously I've enjoyed it -- but they've slipped.

The ramen I got today was inedible. The broth was way off, the toppings were obviously old, and the beef was hard and dry.

The chicken kara-age was also different, I was able to finish it but it wasn't what it always has been.

The Beef Donburi I grabbed for takeout was also disappointing. The beef was dry and the sauce looked like it was poured over the dish instead of fried with the beef.

I complained politely to the server about the ramen and was give a 50% discount (on the ramen).

They should have completey comped the ramen and bought my beer. It was THAT bad.

I won't be back, and I recommend visiting a different ramen spot in Eagan like KyuRamen in Town Center.
