Piada seems to be trying to be the chipotle of italian food, and they pull it off in an effective and valuable way. Pricing on foods is reasonable, even if I wish the sizing of a small or normal was more prominent. Additionally, service can be slow at times without a clear reason. I placed an order online and ended up waiting an additional 8minutes in store for my order.
