In a world of fast food garbage, Piada in Eagan stands out as something delicious and unique that you can still get quickly for lunch. Everything I have had on the menu has been wonderful, but it’s the team that really stands out. Always filled with recommendations and suggestions, they are willing to steer you towards what they like and how they like it. I have become addicted to the BLT with grilled chicken, but I love their bowls as well!Chef Steve is The Bomb and it’s always great to chat with the good folks who perk up a busy day with flavor and smiles.

I only recently discovered Piada and it's really good! The staff was really nice and the ambiance is great for a fast casual spot. The outdoor patio has a fireplace so will definitely come back once it warms up too!

Piada is great for dinning in or taking to go. The menu has enough variety that it appeals to everyone in your group. My favorite is the Piada wrap. It’s a little pricy, but worth it for a lunch option that uses natural, fresh ingredients.

Out of all the times I been here I came in close to closing and the staff was still amazing and just the best ever! Jack was everything along with Emmet, Micki and Santiago really took their time & gave us the best experience ever! so happy :)
