I have only frequented here 2x. I thought the staff was very courteous, prompt, professional, & kind. Great atmosphere. The food has been nothing short of spectacular. I ordered the chicken nachos this week & I can honestly say it was the best nachos in my life.

We went to this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch. We were seated quickly, and the hostess and server were nice enough. Our food came out quickly, too. Unfortunately, those were the only positives. The food was the worst food I can ever remember getting at a restaurant. I ordered a burger- it came with a stale bun that completely fell apart and it was pink and cold (even though I requested no pink). My daughter ordered the mac and cheese entree. It was clearly just microwaved, and the portion was very small for the price. My husband ordered the monte cristo, and it was so bad neither of us could eat it. To top the whole experience off, this place was filthy. The dust on the window sill had clearly been there for ages, and there was bird poop on the floor even though it is January. The hostess was sick and was sneezing annd coughing all over the tables she was “cleaning.” I recognize that the type of floor in this place is hard to keep looking clean, but when you can see food on the floor under empty tables, that is preventable. We paid our bill and put in an order at Panera. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Went in at 8:25pm on Christmas Eve. Sign at entrance said “seat yourself”, so we did just that. By 8:35 we had not been greeted or given menus, despite being seen by at least one server. We knew the kitchen closed at 9, so we moved to seats at the bar in hopes of some faster service. Bartender greeted us after approx five minutes of being at the bar, handed us menus, and informed us that last call for food was 8:45. We quickly put orders in. Food was decent, no complaints there. We finished up and waited (and waited) for the bill. Bartender seemed for focused on entertaining off-the-clock coworkers and pre-closing the bar than paying attention to customers. This was our first time visiting, and will very likely be our last unfortunately.

Burgers were not done medium like we asked. Tasted like pre-prepared burgers thrown on the grill. Neither one of us finished ours. Loved the onion rings. Server good. Olives in my Bloody Mary tasted off, like maybe on the old side. Atmosphere was cold and uninviting. Don’t think we will be returning.

I can’t speak for the in person experience, but delivery through door dash, grub hub, etc is GARBAGE. My order is never right. Either missing items, getting the wrong order entirely, or something else. I’m done giving my money to this place.
