Food is OK price is large with smaller portions. Service needs work but i did see a young gal hustling as our server disappeared every 5 min. they don't clear plates until they collect the money, $8 cinnamon roll are from a week ago and frozen. had 4 chairs that rocked harder then a rocking chair. This place need work and management

Wanted a different type of eatery so decided to see what Google would lead me to. It told me about this fine establishment. The food was great. The service was great and those Maui onion potato chips were amazing. Definitely would recommend love the Elvis burger.

Lunch with friends. I've attended a few in the chain and love them all. Great good, great service, fun atmosphere. I like the big open space. Attended with a party of 7 of us and we didn't feel cramped at all. The Monte Cristo is so darn good! Now might have to travel to check out the other locations as I've had such great experiences at the three I have attended.

Out of all the available restaurants/bar and grills in the Eagan area, Mad Cow is by far one of the best options in the area!

You’re welcomed the minute you walk I the door with great service oriented host/hostess and seated promptly. It doesn’t take long to recognize this place values great customer service with waiters/waitresses that are there to serve you with a smile and a laid back personality!

The food is great! Burgers made to order; flatbreads that are fire oven made and appetizers and desserts that are amazing!
Everything from the “Holy Pepperoni” flatbread to the “Blackened Chicken Avocado Melt” to the Quesabirria to any of their burgers are top hits! If you’re fortunate ate enough to visit Mad Cow on a beautiful late Spring or Summer night, there is an amazing outdoor patio with water features that you can enjoy while here.

If you’re in the area and are looking for great eats or just a nice place to meet up with friends or even have a drink after work, Mad Cow is your place!

Loved it! Had the French Dip and Onion Rings. The sandwich was amazing, with a light sauce that was so good. The onion rings were huge, perfectly cooked, crunchy and amazing flavor. We brought a toddler and staff was accommodating and put us at a lower table for her . I will go back a lot 👍

Kid-friendliness: Staff just knew to give us a low table when they saw my 2 yr old granddaughter.

Had a good time and everyone enjoyed the food. The music was a little loud and I had to ask to get my drink refilled.

My local stop on a Saturday night. Bartenders are funny and friendly. Scott Paul and Steve really make this place shine.
