Nothing special as most McDonald's are about the same. The food is what would would expect as well as the atmosphere. Service really isn't much of a thing since mostly you order in an app and just pickup your food.When fast food is needed/wanted it's always a safe bet.

El Mc' Donalds 1995 Silver Bell Rd, Eagan, MN, 55122. Terrible service, I received discrimination due to my race, they made me wait more than 30 minutes for my order and my food was raw and the oil was so horrible, and they are all Mexican workers.

I paid for late coffee and half of the cup is empty. When I complianted found no response.went to the store the manager says she is not @ work yesterday she don't want to give either her name or supervisor name and no name badge people wearing.

We had an order with specifics and it didn’t translate well over the speaker. They did fix it I think but just double check before you leave.Vegetarian options: You can order anything without meat. And they have fruit and other options.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu.

The guy at the food window (2) held my food out the window, while I was at the 1st window paying. They didnt get my order right when ordering, even though I repeated it twice, so i was down there for a min. When I got to the next window, I let him know he shouldn't be hanging my hot food out the window on such a cold day. He replied, "I should have my money ready faster next time". When I explaned to him that I did have my money ready, he just said the world HBO to me loudly. I said excuse me, and he said "Hand Bag Out". When I asked his name, he said he didnt have a name, when I called to complain, no one answered the phone. IDK if anyone at McDonalds cares, but I was there at 10:00 on 1/31/2024My food was cold. Hashbrowns suck when they are cold.
