Night crew consistently undercooks the fries which is very annoying. Nice crew.
i’ve been in the area for about 2 years now, and i think everyone has a similar mindset of “good” vs “bad” mcdonald’s across the twin cities… i would rather eat at the west st.paul location. which to me is notoriously one of the worst in the south metro. i’m consistently receiving sub par food, stale buns, cold fries and nuggets, soda that’s flat by the time i make it home 2 minutes away… i consistently visit during lunch...read full review

McDonald's offers the typical fast-food experience with no surprises. The food is as expected, and the atmosphere is standard. Ordering through an app for pickup is the norm, and service is minimal. Specific orders may need double-checking, but they do offer vegetarian options and a kids menu. Despite long lines caused by many customers, the environment remains clean, and the food is well-prepared. The staff are hardworking and polite, ensuring a pleasant visit. One employee working the drive-thru was especially kind and energetic, even complimenting a customer, which brightened the day. However, there are concerns about how the restaurant handles busy times, as inside customers sometimes wait longer while drive-thru orders are prioritized, and orders are placed on the counter without calling them out. The size of the quarter pounder burger has seemed smaller, and the small orange juice has shrunk, though fries and the kids' area remain good. Overall, it remains a reliable choice for fast food when needed.
