Overall my experience was good and the food was tasty. I just suggested to one of the supervisors that the girl on the drive-thru speaker needed to be friendlier and have a more upbeat voice. Not only was she hard to understand because she mumbled but, she sounded like she really didn't want to be there. Quite frankly, I was wondering if she still had a pulse! I think a little coaching was in order.

Sooo, I don’t know who keeps hanging up the phone here but I’m getting hung up on when I’m trying to get some help with one question…. And when I was finally able to get a decent person(female) to answer, she says “can you come to the store because we’re kinda busy right now.” ….whaaat??! I asked if my grandmother had left her credit card there by ANY chance at all or if it was an accident that the drive thru person hadn’t given it back(the person that was working...

Quick and friendly service. I was someone who looked down on app usage but am lately understanding it's intentions while being a very busy person myself. My fries were cold last time. Service was quick, friendly and accurate otherwise.
