I used the drive thru and the guy seemed confused. He had additional items on the screen and when I tried to tell him I got no response so I pulled to the window and let the lady there know. Everyone was polite an this lady was smiling and friendly. I pulled to the next window for a short wait received my food and drove the 5 minutes home. And it was not what I ordered. I asked the first guy to add pickles, he put it in as add pickle and cheese only. Huh? Not sure where asking...

I went through the drive-thru on 12/28. I thought it was ok, except as I pulled up, I was going to take the outer lane, and the only car ordering (the inner lane) finished up, so I took the inner lane. I waited a moment and when I heard a worker, I started speaking... then I realized the car that came (technically) after me and went to the outer lane was getting their order taken care of, and not me. Otherwise, the speed was average.

We had a moblie order when we got to the windows. we usually don't get the receipt, but I told my daughter to get it. We got to the other windows, and they did not know what we ordered. If we didn't have the receipt to give to the person at the window, our order would've been found. So now we get our receipt all the time just in case. When we have a mobile order, and nothing should be missing it on the receipt. ?
