We got two meals from this location and we ordered 2 large drinks that we never received, selected silverware and napkins in the bag and they weren’t there, and our food was truly terrible. My boyfriend could handle his but I made him try my buttered noodles and we both agreed that it wasn’t even worth touching.

Lets start by saying noodles and/or mac and cheese doesn't take 30 minutes to make, learn how to do the job. The two workers barely spoke any English, which also didn't help to speed up a already gathering line. After waiting 25 Minutes or so in line to even place a order, I waited another 30 minutes before I got my food. Once I received my order, it was incorrect as a result, I am truly relieved that I don't have any food allergies as it would have been a bad day.
The quantity of my order was also incorrect, I would probably recommend, this day and age that workers speak English so you communicate with customers. This is very rude, annoying and unprofessional which greatly reflects your quality of service & company.

I dropped my key outside the door, called back about 15 minutes later and Elisia took the time to look for the key outside and called me back! My husband was going to be SO MAD if I had lost it! Top notch customer service!

Give the girl a raise who was working front of house (register) between 5:30pm and 6:30pm on 4/13/25. And give her some more staff! The 3 cooks were working hard of course but she was absolutely carrying the store during the Sunday evening dinner rush so rating 5 stars cause of her.
She was doing online orders and in-store orders in between the many customers she had waiting in line (long line not her fault, needed one more for front of house).
Tell her to keep up the great work but as for the store owners stop trippin and get her some support staff I know you know 5pm-7pm on a weekend is always busy for a food joint!

Making changes to the menu destroyed the meals. Seems you added fluffy hallow noodles make it look like a full meal. Unfortunately, you destroyed the chicken parm.
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your establishment. I ordered the Penne Rosa for the second time and noticed that the dish was served without the vegetables shown in the pictures and described on the menu. Unfortunately, it consisted only of sauce and noodles, which fell far short of my expectations.
When I politely explained the issue to the staff, they seemed dismissive and directed me to the manager. Regrettably, the manager also appeared indifferent and did not address the problem, which left me feeling unheard and dissatisfied.
I value professionalism and quality in dining experiences, and I believe this incident reflects poorly on your commitment to customer service. I hope you will take this feedback constructively to improve your team’s response to customer concerns and ensure menu items meet the advertised standards.
