I recently ordered pickup and it was ready on time and the person at the counter was kind, but the food was subpar. The mushrooms were still raw, the broccoli was hardly cooked and not seasoned at all, some of the tomatoes still had white core attached, and the dish was mostly noodles with an inadequate amount of sauce. I had ordered pesto cavatappi and payed extra for the broccoli, but there were only 3 or 4 small pieces of broccoli and very few of the other veggies. Chicken was ok but dry. I was disappointed.

Trains ‘N Sirens

Buttered noodles has almost no cheese or seasoning. It’s like less than a pinch of both..
take your business elsewhere, this place is obviously cutting corners.

Great people, wonderful food, absolutely NOT wheelchair accessible. The doors are heavy and resistant to opening. Not ADA compliant. You have to open two doors to get in. And once in the aisles are cramped and awkward for a wheelchair user. If you're in a wheelchair DON'T go here unless you have someone with you to help with the doors.

Wheelchair accessibility: As noted above, you do NOT want to try this if you're in a wheelchair. I get around just fine in mine, but couldn't manage the doors on this place.

we were told to seat ourselves anywhere, and when we sat at a table, she said no, no, not that table and moved us somewhere else. My wife’s meal came out before mine and when I asked for silverware, she pointed at my wife’s. Mine eventually came out with my meal. When my check came, I had to go up to the registered to pay since no one would come take my credit card would not recommend it although the food was ok

She Tells

The white gentleman with the beard strap needs to take a nap and try again. Short and rude to say the least he also was so in a rush to get me out that he forgot to ask if I wanted the seasonings on my butter noodles and didn't add my roll.

Customer service needs improvement! They treat their online customers as an annoyance rather than customers. I’ve been ignored while coming in to pick up my order. It was slow and they knew I was there but the girl with the long dark hair in a pony tail kept her back to me the entire time while casually talking to the cook. Another time after waiting patiently over 7 minutes, I asked about my order. She said it’d be ready when it’s ready but it was sitting behind their take out shelf the entire time. The manager always appears irritated. Just acknowledge your guests!! Online orders are customers too!!
