Customer service needs improvement! They treat their online customers as an annoyance rather than customers. I’ve been ignored while coming in to pick up my order. It was slow and they knew I was there but the girl with the long dark hair in a pony tail kept her back to me the entire time while casually talking to the cook. Another time after waiting patiently over 7 minutes, I asked about my order. She said it’d be ready when it’s ready but it was sitting behind their take out shelf the entire time. The manager always appears irritated. Just acknowledge your guests!! Online orders are customers too!!

During busy times quick pickup is a joke. It took 30 minutes after ordering online with asap quick pickup selected, which it said would be done in 7-12 minutes. No one could hear a word spoken about the name for the order when my order was ready and put on the counter.Parking: During busy times the parking lot gets filled up.

It took exactly 60 minutes to get our order. We ordered 4 dishes. We saw them remake the same Asian pan noodles 3 times while the rest of our meal sat there getting cold. We watched two teenage boys in the kitchen snack on food with their bare hands and not clean their hands. When we finally got our food, 2 of our 4 orders still had mushrooms, which we had requested to be taken off. They did give us a full refund and coupons, thank goodness. Overall awful experience. Our family loves Noodles, but will not be coming back to this branch for sure.
