I go here all the time but today when I came I told the lady what I wanted and the order was wrong so I had her correct what i wanted when I told it was wrong she got offensive and talked backed to me like a argument, when she was making my plate she was shaking her head and making unnecessary comments about what I said about my order being wrong, unprofessional

Was just going to share my experience with "beyond orange chicken". It's pretty much absolutely disgusting!
I went in for takeout and ordered an entree with fried rice. The rice was simply white rice with vegetables in it. I also ordered a side of noodles, which were severely undercooked and hard. I called to get a refund, when the woman on the phone argued with me and told me that’s just how it’s supposed to taste. I have been to other Panda Express’s and have never had such horrible food and customer service. The woman did not offer a refund for food that is not edible.

We picked up two entrees, an order of noodles and cream cheese wontons. The noodles were dry and undercooked. The fried rice was white rice with vegetables. We called back to let them know and the lady on the phone was unapologetic and argumentative telling me I was incorrect and did not offer to help me in any way.
