I just popped in to get some bakery items and Kevin, who was behind the counter, was just so friendly and kind! We had a nice conversation about the bakery items.

We eat a Panera in Eagan several times per month. The food is great and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. My wife wishes the world offer other breads with the soup other than the baguette. Over all a super place to eat and the prices are comparable to similar restaurants. The staff is super friendly. Kevin who works at the counter really makes the place great with his welcoming and positive attitude.

Panera has a wide variety of healthy food. They have a rewards program to earn discounted or free menu items. I receive coupons from them in my email/text. My favorite items are the Asian chicken salad and butternut squash soup. I really like that I can customize my salad. The bakery items are so good. The customer service is always great.

Good food, but always double check your bag. About one out of every three times I eat here they mess up my order. But they are always good about fixing their mistakes if I go back in.

How do you run out of all bread at Panera BREAD at dinnertime???!!!???
Salad was good. The wild rice soup barely has any rice in it. It used to be good but the last 2 times it’s more like cream of chicken.

I don't often visit Panera, maybe once every year or two, because I don't live anywhere near one. Therefore, it's a rare treat when I do go to Panera. This morning I ordered a ham and egg Benny from the drive-thru as a treat while waiting for my husband to have his colonoscopy nearby. That breakfast sandwich might as well have contained everything my husband used to prep for his procedure. My experience after eating that sandwich caused the SAME side effects. Disgusting. And I PAID $$$ for that nasty experience! I apologize for being so graphic, but I'd advise anyone considering ordering food from this establishment to drive right on by.

Been here many times and many other paneras and I finally figure I better give a review. I like this one especially more than the other ones. The staff is very friendly. One of the ladies always calls me honey. Just love to come in and get a drink and just sit there and relax. It's such a nice atmosphere. Love the soup and sandwich. The bread is very good. It's my favorite casual restaurant to go to.

Good food and good service. I do sometimes find the self serve ordering station confusing.

This has quickly become my least favorite Panera. Tried to order an egg and sausage sandwich at 9 am on a Saturday but they had No Egg. After first trying to order an egg souffle that they were, surprise, out of. Left the restaurant without ordering a thing.
