I ordered a specialized sandwich, via the kiosk, during the lunch rush. It was up decently quick, and made exactly how I ordered it. Despite being busy, the restaurant had people actively cleaning.

Excellent experience! I love that I can order ahead, order at Panera's on a tablet, or order with an employee. Being able to customize my orders make it great as well!

The personnel went above and beyond to make a simple lunch into a great afternoon. The food was fantastic. The price was much more than fast food , but food and service was more than worth the cost.

I visited Panera to pick up some soup after a long, exhausting week, hoping for a moment of comfort. As I approached the counter to grab my order, a panara employee loudly said to me, “Where is the joy? Where are the smiles?” It was an unnecessary, condescending comment that made an already tough day worse. I came here for food and comfort, not to have my mood policed by a stranger. This experience left me feeling unwelcome, and I’ll think twice before choosing Panera again when I’m in need of a little solace.

I'm always confused when I come in here because they have these electronic ordering machines also somebody working the counter and I don't know if I'm supposed to go to the machine or the person working the counter.

I ordered all of my food online, which you would expect all of it to be in STOCK, but when it came to picking up my order, i had major issues. 1) SOME PERSON STOLE MY PANERA ORDER. WHO DOES THAT??? HOW DO YOU STEAL A PERSONS STINKING PANERA ORDER??? I PAYED $40??? anyways, that was horrible and im deeply disappointed in Panera because i think you’re would realize who actually ordered vs STOLE. 2) I order 2 Candy cookies, which in general are delicious, and i had already pay, when they told me that they didn’t even have them in stock. When i tried to reorder something new, THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE THAT. I HAD ALREADY PAYED FOR THIS AND NOW THEY TOLD ME THEY DONT EVEN HAVE IT? WHAT WAS THE POINT THEN? Lastly, their service is actually horrible and my best friend had order a bread bowl, which she did not in fact get. I’m shocked. Save your money #cafezupashasbetter?
