Ordered online to have it delivered and the driver didn’t even come to the door and just left and said he tried everything. Waited for an hour for the pizza and the customer service on the phone after that was horrible.

I placed an order here and the store is stating they do not have it. They said it was not paid for, however, I have a notification from my credit card stating the transaction was approved. I paid for my food and the store refuses to deliver it. I spent over an hour talking to the store and their 1-888 number.

I accidentally put in a carryout order when j have a newborn and sick dog, these guys are so nice they delivered it for me even though I made the mistake. Coming in clutch.
I asked for extra sauce and got no sauce. The crust and the Italian sausage were good

I placed an online delivery order and when it showed up, I discovered something had gone wrong in the ordering process and I had inadvertently ordered only one pizza instead of the two like I thought I had. I called and the man I spoke with was courteous and understanding, and offered to send me a new pizza for free, when all I was asking for was a waived delivery fee on another pizza due to the mix up (I insisted on paying for the pizza since it wasn't any fault of theirs). They got another pizza out to my house in a very timely manner and the delivery driver was nice, too. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by this kindness, and will continue to buy pizza from this location.
