Piada is one of my favorite fast casual restaurants. There used to be one by my house in Chanhassen, but it closed and I have been missing it for years. Today we bumped into the head chef Jack across the street from this Eagan location - what a nice guy! The food is no doubt great, but the prices are getting out of hand. $4 for a Parmesan Piada Stick is ridiculous by any standards. Not to mention extra charges for corn. You will end up spending double here compared to say a Chipotle.
The staff is great. They always remember our order when we come and everyone gives five star service. Chef Mauricio and chef Eric have been amazing and are the reason we keep coming back!
