Nigel is awesome! People like that make me want to come back. After trying the Wreck, it became my new favorite sandwich. I will be back for more of this goodness! It's life changing.

We made two orders for work. One was ordered on line and the other was called in. Person who answered the phone said they do not take phone orders and laughed when he said if paying cash you have to come in to order. So the second order was then placed on line as well. Not a huge deal but please note to anyone reading this, there literally is a 2 foot sign (partially in all caps) behind the register painted on the cabinets that says,. "Avoid Lines PHONE AHEAD 651-452-5400. I waited for the second order while drinking my shake. I heard the number 1 guy helping me tell the other person (number 2 guy) the shake he was putting on the counter was mine for the second order and he disappeared to the back. A few minutes later, number 2 guy looks at me confused and asked if I had gotten my order yet. I said I hadn't and that I thought guy number 1 went back to check on my order. Number 2 guy says he doesn't now what is happening and puts the second shake in the ice cream section so it doesn't melt and goes to the back. Comes back and politely says it will be just a few minutes. I then got the second order and asked about the shake for the second order that number 2 guy handed to another customer. He then tells the customer he handed to that he will have to make him another shake since my food was ready and handed the shake to me. I took the sealed bag and shake back to work. First order was as it should be. The second order was supposed to be three BMLTs, two of the three sandwiches were right but the third sandwich was not even close to what was ordered and upon inspection it said Door Dash on it so we wound up with a sandwich no one wanted or would eat and someone else got a sandwich they didn't want either. Mistakes happen and what was right was good as usual and had the other issues not happened ESPECIALLY the part about not taking phone orders when there is a big sign encouraging customers to call in orders, I would not have left a negative review.

Very spacious potbelly with plenty of tables for larger groups. We went on a Sunday morning and there was barely anyone there. This was my first time at a potbelly so I didn't know what to expect. The menu is similar to any Jimmy johns or subway, pricing wise, it's the same as well, except potbelly has 3 price points per item whereas JJ has only 2. I got the skinny Mediterranean and I loved how it came with hummus at no extra cost. I added pickles and avocado as well and it was a delicious healthy meal! The guy was super nice and gave us the avo at no extra cost. My husband got the steakhouse sandwich and he enjoyed it as well, except he thought they added too many hot peppers. The hot peppers are a bit too salty IMO. Either way, we will be back again if we're in a pinch.

Tried to order shake and sandwich in-person. They told me “no shakes available today”. Called 30 min later to see if they have shakes and they said they do.The manager, in-person, lied to me saying they couldn’t do shakes today. Not sure why I was lied too. I’m assuming laziness or cause it was slightly busy.

My girlfriend recently got food poisoning from your establishment. She ordered a turkey sandwich and was sick for 2.5 days. Maybe it's because the staff was washing the vent during business hours and dripping whatever liquid was being used down? We were also not greeted by the two young ladies, the man cleaning or the MANAGER. Is no one trained to work here? What a joke. Not a smile, not a thank you... nothing.

The food was delicious and they took their time making sure our order was right. My kids enjoyed the grilled cheese, my husband loved the farmhouse salad, my mediterranean and veg soup was a hit after a long day. Thanks ?

The morning staff at the Eagan location have the personalities of a wet mop. This one young man was rude, did not answer my questions, and should not be in the food business. The girl opening with him did not even greet me. She looked half asleep and hung over. The sandwich was subpar but, the soup is always good. The last few times I have been here the same young man was working and really is a wet mop and is in the wrong job. I would rather pay at Jimmy Johns next time.

I have had potbelly way to many times and will continue to do so. My man Lucas made the best f****** sandwich I have ever had it was juicy crunchy spicy just amazing i will always ask Lucas to make my sandwich whenever I'm able to get to this location.

This place literally has the worst customer service I have dealt with. In their voice message when you call the store, it says to click zero if you would like to place an order or have any other questions but if you ask them to place an order, they will tell you NO they don't place orders over the phone, You have to come in, or order online. This is an inconvenience to a lot of people I'm sure, + this is the second bad experience I've had here. Thank you for the food being good, because if it wasn't, I would never ever return to eat here again. I have no understanding for why they wouldn't take a order over the phone or at the very least be polite.

I had a WRECK that was in point, always a great choice! Definitely want to give big recognition to the staff working today. I witnessed back to back customers be very inconsiderate to the employees working for absolutely no reason. The staff definitely could have stooped to each of their levels but they made the decision not to. Thank you to the employees working today. Continue to shine in the face of adversity!

My food was not in the pickup area on time. When I went to the cashier to inquire, I showed him my order on the app, and he said it was on the shelf- it was empty. He went back and asked for my name three times and could not find my order. He yelled at me asking where my name was on the order but your app does now show the customer name, only order number so he was frustrated with me for your app issues. He then asked me my name a fourth time and finally turned around and saw my bag of food on the shelf two feet behind him. He then threw the bag on the counter, and didn't apologize or say anything to me about the delay or his inability to be helpful or customer-friendly. I will never go back to potbelly again after this horrible experience.

Always good! Need supervision to ensure smooth ordering however as order wasn't received took extra time wasted my lunch time... And a prior customer got wrong orders so mix ups needs someone help them...
