Food is always great, but completely ridiculous what happened last night. The hard-working employee that served me used the larger bowls for kid nachos, just put less in them, which was totally fine. Then the manager, if you want to call it that, decided to remake them in the smaller bowls. Complete waste of my time when I was on a hurry, waste of food, ridiculous! And the two bowls were made differently and so she made them wrong. An example of an unreasonable person, doesn't have anything better to do but try and show who is boss, I guess.

Love this Qdoba. The food is delicious, and super fresh. The surf and turf is phenomenal. I actually watched them making my shrimp and the veggies right on the stove. The store is very clean, and they change their gloves each time. On Valentine's day they ran a buy one entrée get one free, and they had lines coming out of the door since they opened at 10:30am, and they were still super nice. The worker's are the absolute best, and so is the food.

I ordered the Fajita Vegetable Bowl with Chips and Salsa with a drink during the Valentine's special. I have had this bowl before and it was very good so I thought I would order again.This time my order wasn't very hot and it didn't have much flavor as before. I was kind of disappointed this visit. Hot and flavorful food makes it something to return for. I may have to try a different location next time to see if it is better.

Qdoba ain't what it used to be.The double protein bowls are supposed to come with guacamole according to the website. Our takeout order had NO guac and a TON of rice instead of extra protein. I called them, and they said the website we used to order it was "wrong."No, that's false advertisement.Go anywhere else, seriously.

Supposed to be a fried shell based on the picture on the app. LolUpdate the response for me to bring the food back is worthless when I drive all the way home to find out how wrong it was. Seem like a very programmed response from ownership. Also tried to order today lunchtime and they are not open. The owner should be embarrassed at how unreliable this location has been.

I wish I could give this place six stars. It is immaculately clean, the portions are generous, and it's never too busy. They are never out of any toppings/ingredients, which is a surefire sign of being well run. The manager Isiaah is a wonderful gentleman, and the employees have been the same folks for years - little turnover says a lot about a business.

Honestly if you don't have the staff to do holiday promos, then you shouldn't participate in the event. It said select stores, this location shouldn't have done it. Had to cancel my order because my time kept getting pushed back to get it picked up. Placed the order at 6 pm, only to have to cancel it by 7:40. This location needs to close down already.
