Food was good! But our first experience there will be our last. We told young fellow at the counter it was our first time there and had many questions. He was not very helpful. The website menu said samie's came with 1 side and pickles. I was charged for my one side and got no pickles. My husband asked for a platter type meal, which I saw on the website with 3 meats and 2 sides. Fellow said only platters were for 3 to 5 people. Said only option was ordering each item separately....

Rack Shack is definitely some of the best Barbecue in all of Minnesota. I stopped in recently and had the brisket, rib tips, and coleslaw. The brisket was nice and moist with a nice bark of smoke flavor on it. They ask if you want a fatty or non fatty piece. The rib tips also had a great smoking flavor and were smoked to perfection. I'm pretty picky on my slaw, and they definitely know how to do slaw here. Good balance of creamy, crunchy, and acidic. Not too sweet. Their...

This is 5 stars all day long. Possibly best brisket I’ve had in MN. Prices are extremely reasonable and the service was really good and personable. It’s not often I take time to leave a review but they absolutely deserve it.
