This ramen is flavorful, seasoned well, and tastes like it does overseas.
The egg is brown because it’s marinated, it is NOT rotten. It’s also fantastic :)
The braised pork belly is DELICIOUS!
Kikurage (black mushroom) was cooked perfectly.
The corn in the ramen may look odd, but it’s very common practice. I removed the fish cake and the seaweed at the time of order as those are not to my liking. From order to food was about 7mins.
I will be back for seconds next time I’m shopping here!“

“Great ramen. Nice atmosphere but the lovely woman working the front made our day. She recognized my daughter was having a rough day and treated her with such kindness, she came around the counter and helped her choose what she wanted and gave her a squeeze. Our food was brought out right away and then Cat I think her name was hugged my crying daughter and whispered something to her and gave the stressed, short fused momma a hug too. Thank you for your kindness and reminder that I needed a little more patience. We will be back on a better day!“

“I enjoyed the Niku Soba, the only tonkotsu ramen on the menu, but wasn't blown away. The broth was good, maybe a bit on the salty side, but the noodles were pretty thin and seemed like instant noodles, and the quantities of the added cabbage and bean sprouts were super minimal. Overall, good option in a pinch but not my favorite ramen.“
