I love thin crust, but I'm not a fan of this one. Burnt... Crunchy! Very CRUNCHY. OVERCOOKED and tough, chewy cheese. (NOT MELTY FRESH). It was more like left over fridge pizza that had been microwaved. I'm new in town ... but if this is what "-Sota-style" is, then I'm not a fan. Had to eat around the edges bc it was more like a fried cracker. Won't be back. Even the center crust is tough, almost like it was over kneaded or frozen to begin with. ?We were all laughing at how loud each of us were crushing the crust. Sounded like 5 people chomping on tortilla chips.

I phoned to place an order, and the initial representative replied, "Sank Red Savory, please hold." Later, a different representative answered, stating "Red Savory." When I attempted to place an order, he abruptly asked, "What can I get you?" and promptly mentioned the order would be ready in 25 minutes before hanging up the phone. The experience was quite disorganized and unprofessional.

Was in from out of town. Picked up the pizza and brought it back to my hotel, because it was an extremely busy night and they told me it would be an hour for delivery. That was good service. This location is in the middle of a retail business park. Primary customers are carryout and delivery, so dine-in atmosphere is about what you would expect.

We have only had our pizzas delivered from Red Savoy, so I cannot speak to the brick and mortar restaurant; however, we love the pizza here and ease of ordering online. Deliver has always been on time and food arrives hot.

Protip: Avoid their "Specialty Pizzas" -- and generally avoid more than 2-toppings on a pizza . This place is the best pizza in Eagan, IF and only IF you order a simple pizza.Everytime I order a Cheese, Pepperoni or Pepperoni+Sausage my pizza has been nearly perfect. Well cooked throughout balanced pizza finished perfectly every timeWhenever I have ordered off their premade "specials" menu, which are (over)loaded with toppings -- the pizza has been 1-star EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.The problem is that there are so many toppings that the top, that the pizza can't cook properly throughout before the cheese melts. What you end up with is a bunch of undercooked veggies and a soggy undercooked crust... which gets worse after it gets cut and leaks it's half cooked liquid all over.Like I said at the top, after I switched to 'simple pie' the results have been exceptional to the point where I look forward to the pizza.

We placed an order for delivery today (a Thursday) for lunch. Our order didn't arrive until 30 min after our estimated arrival time - which was already going to be 45 minutes after we ordered. The food was fine, nothing great, and definitely not worth the long wait.

Been a big fan of Red's Savoy for many years. Last week, we picked up a couple of small pizzas for dinner. The order process was quick. Our pizza's were ready within the window the old us and the staff was friendly and helpful. Both pizza's were fresh and used a generous portion of toppings. 'Sota pizza is my favorite style of pizza and Red's does a great job of doing justice to this style. Will definitely visit the Eagan location again.

We ordered the house special - Wow! The crust was thin & crispy. The sauce had a nice flavor with a bit of a bite. The toppings were huge along with the cheese. Wish we lived closer - this would be our go to pizza place! We walked in, ordered & were out within 15 minutes. Great service, fantastic pizza!
