I tried Scratch for the first time today and had to try the pizza. It was exceptionally good and I’ll be back. I highly recommend you give it a try.

The food is fantastic! You can tell everything is made with love. The pizza was perfect. The other food here all looked great. This place has a full bar as well.. They have tvs and live poker on Fridays. I couldn't recommend this place more. This is a real gem of the Eagan bars. Family owned and operated.

Both the thin crust and deep dish are awesome!! The deep dish reminds me of a Chicago style deep dish which I love. The sauce isn’t too sweet and the seasonings (standard on some of the specialty ones but can add if not) really gives an extra pop of deliciousness. Stop in for happy hour and order one to take home!

We had Scratch Pizza delivered to our daughter's house for family night. It was fresh, delicious, and we will definitelybackgetting pizza from there again! The crust was perfect, the sauce had good flavor, and the toppings were plentiful.

Great experience. The wings are cooked throughly, no flabby skin! A rarity. The onion rings also cooked until crispy, great sauce came with them. The garlic bread as also great with a nice red sauce. I’ll be trying the cannolis and an actual pizza next.

For the price, I did expect more. I ordered 1 thin crust pizza, 1 deep dish pizza, and some spinach and artichoke dip for takeout. The 3 stars are only for the artichoke dip. The thin crust was OK. The deep dish was another matter entirely. To start, it was not cut, I don't know if this is standard for takeout for scratch pizza. It is the first time I've gotten any take out pizza that wasn't cut. It wasn't a big deal since I brought it home. What was the problem, was that I ordered their 10" signature pizza, the scratch pizza with pineapple added. What I received was a pineapple and cheese pizza for $23! I guess it's my fault for not looking at the pizza before I left the store. I would not recommend pizza. It is very overpriced pizza, the spinach, and artichoke deep was good at least.
This was our second experience. We had a sausage pizza that was pretty flavorless and the sausage seemed very dry and stale. Our server was great, but there was a family sitting at the bar cursing up a storm with a toddler in tow. They seemed intoxicated and the staff did not intervene. It was awful listening to them curse loudly while their toddler climbed around screaming on the bar. We will not return. The physical space is nice and inviting but the overall atmosphere was not something I’d recommend bringing a family to.

Service and atmosphere are good but the pizza is amazing! I would say this is a rare find in the southern suburbs. Deep dish and regular crust are amazing. We tried the wings as well and they were great.

This is a great place if you like bone-in wings with ranch! Ordered online and upon pickup, I checked my wings box to find Buffalo chicken tenders instead of bone-in wings in 2 flavors. After a brief moment of uncertainty, I showed the server my receipt and she offered to remake the wings. 15 mins later she told me they again messed up, but was upfront that I could keep the “messed up” chicken they made in error, and she gave me a gift card to make up for service. I walked out with a mostly cold pizza and 3 things of chicken. I offered the giftcard to the homeless man camping on their corner, he didn’t want it. Pros: Ranch dressing is the best ever. Wings are amazing. At least 1 employee takes ownership for human error and has great customer service skills. Family friendly- kids were welcome there and enjoy it. Cons: May make simple errors on orders even on a slow night. Pizza may not be cut thru all the way, toppings fall off if you don’t do a second cut. To-go food may not sit under the warmer if waiting on it for pickup.
