Best tasting pizza I've ever had. Kids eat free every weekend. Even my pickiest eaters LOVE Solo's! Constant, great specials. Outstanding customer service. Manager Brian is extremely welcoming and committed to ensuring our pizza is done perfectly. Virtually no wait. Your pizza is ready in maybe 4 minutes, 5 tops. Best crust. Best sauce. Freshest toppings. You will not be disappointed!

Always a good eating experience. Some of the best pizza around. Fast and friendly.

The pesto veggie was fantastic, but the service really put it over. They were thoughtful about possible allergies, and when my companion made a mistake ordering they ended up comping the correction. I would happily come again.

Absolutely love this place every time!!! Great, friendly service and delicious pizza(s), made for way to order! They've now added an even larger size to go (14" for a limited time)!! So, unless you are sharing, you may actually want to plan not to eat your whole pizza even though you'll want to!!!

Please update the google website for Eagan location being permanently closed. We drove all the way to the location to find out it's closed. Would be beneficial to update the Google. Thank you.

Now that's a good tasting pizza! Little pricey for a solo $7.77, but taste worth it. Quick too. I got the Italy. Yummmmmm. I'll be back.

Fantastic experience with Solos! The pizza was very good and they were very gracious about their machine not being able to swipe my credit card. I will be back again and am going to suggest their food truck to come by my office in the future. Thank you, Solos. You have made an otherwise bad week a little better.

As I walk into this establishment I see three employees standing in back; presumably doing nothing. When I approach the counter I say I have a pick up order. One employee walks in to back area to what I assume would be to grab my order, I was horribly mistaken. I then see 3 employees stumble to the front without explaining to me what is going on. I then notice that 2 employees start making what I assume is my pizza and another rushing together a salad. Alas my order has been started 30 minutes after being put in online. I approach the employee at the salad bar and ask if this my order, and are you just starting it now? “Yes, but don't worry, should only take about 4 minutes.” He politely tells me with a hint of embarrassment in his voice. OK, I let him know I'm on a time schedule, hence why I put an online order in so I could just pick it up and be on my way. 10 minutes later I see the employee has made my pizza in the wrong size and has started another pizza in the correct size. As I watch my pizza slowly go through the oven, I see a panicked employee trying to cheat the laws of thermo dynamics, he slides my pizza out of the oven half way through the cycle and throws a white, doughy pancake in a box, in front me. Hands me the salad, 1 pizza I ordered (made correctly), 1 pizza I ordered but in the wrong size, and one 10” heap of half melted cheese and dough. As he hand me the boxes, I look at him, and tell him to put that pizza back in the oven. He does this without question. 5 minutes later, I get my pizza. At this point my lunch break is over, I'm late to punch in, and now have to explain to my boss why I'm taking an extra-long lunch break. This all happened just because some employees decided not to fulfill my order when it was received. Not only did they neglect to make it in a timely matter, but they got my order wrong as well. The salad my coworker ordered was on par for a gas station salad from the absolute middle of nowhere. She ordered the Southwest salad and pulled out several pieces of bad, wilted lettuce. Some pieces so soggy they looked like they had been at the bottom of the bag for three weeks. The salad had 1 cherry tomato cut in half, a sprinkling of cheese, a couple black beans and a heaping pile of onions. The salad is also supposed to include chicken; of which we found 4 small cubed chicken pieces. If we didn't stab them with the fork, they could have easily passed for chopped onion. There was no bbq sauce and the crispy tortilla strips are MIA. She essentially got a bowl of half wilted lettuce with a few salvaged add-ins. My overall experience at Eagan Solo's has left me frustrated, hungry, and upset, cheated out of a 30$ food order and an hour of my time. As we all know, time is money. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.

This is the best pizza I've had in the Twin Cities! The 7" is the perfect size. They add just the right amount of sauce, cheese and toppings. Will definitely be back.
