Picked hotel because of the 24 hr shuttle and a late flight... Would pick it again because of their staff! Was tired and cranky after late flight was delayed and reception I got made me feel welcomed immediately. At check out that person was super nice too! Shuttle pick up and drop off was very easy and convenient.Room was nice, bed was super comfy! And a nice morning meal to start day today. Thanks!

The room was clean and bed comfortable. The rooms and hotel are very dated. The shower would not get hot enough. It needs a complete remodel for the price. The breakfast was lacking in options. The shower soap was empty and when asked for them to replace it they did not do it. If needed I would stay again but it is not the high standard I normally see at SpringHill.

Staff was excellent. Room had some issues. Pullout section of the couch had visible stains on mattress. Bathroom vent wasn't working, shower curtain rod was loose, and shower head was a bit low.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. We booked a 2 queen room that also came with a VERY comfortable couch that had a trundle bed underneath it. In all, you could sleep 6 people easily. The breakfast was pretty good with fresh fruit and a waffle maker. Id say typical options for a three star hotel. The amenities (pool and fitness center) and customer service were excellent. Each night, they had a complimentary hot cocoa bar and chocolate chip cookies.Location was 12 minutes from the Mall of America, and close to many food options.Only downside was that the hotel was a little noisy, starting around 7am, but that's to be expected with kids this close to MOA.

This was my third trip to this location. This time they had two older clerks that immediately began asking why I was in Eagan. People have personal reasons and this question should never be asked in a hotel setting. I later caught the two clerks gossiping about guests on two different occasions. I was then charged for a smoke free environment of $267, I don’t smoke!!!! Rooms are clean but not in the best condition.

Great hotel, very comfortable and clean and the price was right. I can’t comment on the pool or hot tub as I didn’t use those amenities, but our room was clean and functional, nice selection for the breakfast and staff were very friendly. It is a hotel located by the airport, so you can hear the planes, but that wasn’t a bother. Would absolutely stay again.

The rooms have absolutely anything and everything you could want and all laid out beautifully! Id live here if I could afford it!Nearby activities: Close to the eagan outlet mall and other shopping in the area.

I came here for work with my company and there is about 20 of us staying for at least a month. No complaints on the housekeeping AT ALL. Breakfast is decent, rooms are nice. The issue is they demand to have your card on file, don’t take cash, refuse to give receipts and everyday since I’ve been here they have tried to charge all of our cards for a range of $470 to $990, at around 2 am. Sandy refuses to honor the contract she has set n place for our company and corporate will just tell you to call the GM. Which is Sandy. If you’re here for an extended business stay I would not choose this establishment. They will rob your card while you sleep.Noteworthy details: Horrible customer service and professional business tactics.

Charging $20 a day for incidents on top of weekly rate for a month and a half stay. I bet we won’t stay here again << completely disgusted! I thought the incidental charge was suppose to be $50-$100 dollars and a one time fee. Then there’s been problems with the correct amounts dues.. we are suppose to be charged every Monday but every other day there’s balances dues key aren’t working due to mysterious balances..

I've been using my husband's points for Marriot stays for over 25 years. Never have I been treated so rudely as I was by Susan yesterday when trying to check in. In fact I stayed in that very hotel on points in March of this year with great service and no conflict during check in. Susan was not professional in her immediate contact with us upon learning the point holder was not with us. She hid behind a policy and offered multiple times to print it out for us. Instead of being helpful from the start, she treated us like criminals insighting there has been so much point fraud.

Susan at the front desk was incredibly rude about checking in with points. Her demeanor left quite a bit to be desired.
