Drink made perfectly, thank you!
I am a coffee drink all day long. It's frustrating to go to a coffee shop and there is no fresh brewed coffee especially when your willing to pay more plus tip.

Large seating area, always quiet. You can also buy food at the Kowalski's deli and then eat in the Starbucks seating area.
So this morning i put in an online order for a drink, i arrived at the estimated time and my drink was no where to be seen. I understand that things can get hectic, so i don't mind waiting a bit. But its the fact that the reason i ordered online was to skip the line. I see drinks being past out to in-store customers and a pile of people waiting for their orders presumably also online. I finally get my drink 7 mins later but its incorrect. I wait near the pick up to tell the barista to add to my drink what i ordered. The barista(Jeff) was yelling at another customer who was waiting to back off and to not talk to him, to which the man replied that he wasn't even talking (which he wasn’t) and then Jeff mumbles something. I waited for him to finish a drink to ask him to add something to my drink to which he sneers at me that i should have asked that when ordering. It clearly says online order and it should have been made right the first time. I’ve had issues with Jeff before who is somehow a master barista(??) he has a nasty attitude and doesn’t ever make my online drinks correctly, you don’t talk to customers let alone people that way. He has a serious issue and shouldn’t be working any longer.
Speedy and efficient. Used to be my go to before I moved, and now I'm near it again, they're still as quick as ever.
Given a Christmas gift card was well spent on a coffee & purchased a Starbuck tumbler that the barista washed in kindly used :)
This place is usually great, with friendly staff and great drinks. However, this morning “Jeff”, was very disrespectful. I know exactly what I’m ordering, because I am a former starbucks partner. I ordered the same drink that I get everyday, and I have never had an issue. As a barista, this drink is simple, and messing it up means you don’t know what you’re doing. Jeff was wearing a Coffee Master apron, which is a big deal in the starbucks world, and hard to earn. Which is why, it was such a joke that he was wearing it, because not only did he mess up my drink, but taking forever to make all the other drinks, and messing them up as well. I waited for 20 minutes for my drink, when there was only two other customers in the store when I got there. I happened to notice he would start making a drink, or put the sticker on a cup, and then forget about it. He even had a frappuccino sitting in the blender for like 10 minutes. The lady that was at the register, who’s very nice, realized that I was still waiting, and asked him about it. He then started to make my drink, but forgot certain pumps, and put the wrong syrup in. I watched him do this, and corrected him, as I want to enjoy the drink i just spent $6 on. He started to get an attitude with me, and then didn’t remake it, but instead added the correct syrup into the drink that still had the wrong syrup in it, and proceeded to serve it to me. I was already running late to school, and didn’t want to cause a scene, so I took it and left, and ended up giving to a friend. He should not be working there, as he does not meet any of the starbucks standards. He was very slow, aggressive when I corrected him, and doesn’t understand drink quality. Some of the main values of starbucks is being fast paced, obtaining good drink quality, and creating customers connections. Management needs to do better, this is terrible business.

Every Saturday morning we have coffee with friends(when it's permissible) This location is smaller and more intimate and has excellent customer service.

THERE IS AN OLD WOMAN HERE WHO BREAKS SANITATION CODES. She’s also rude as hell. I don’t know how Starbucks, a company who prides itself on community, could employ someone so rude and not self aware of their own actions. When I called her out she laughed. It’s disgusting to see someone working for a company I love who so doesn’t love her job. In the two times I had to go here, both were horrible experiences due to her. No one greeted me, no one thanked me. Both times my order was incorrect. She needs to be let go, some of the worst customer experience I’ve ever been given. She is snarky and just a bitter old hag
The lady behind the counter had the fastest service I have ever seen! I definitely don't expect that much hustle but she was a machine.
I had the new cold drink with Expresso and brown sugar not impressed but that's just me. Great location at Kowalski's grocery store. Great store and coffee shop ?
This is an amazing Starbucks with the best customer service very sweet and welcoming ladies working!I had several horrific experiences at the Edina location off of 100 the past few weeks since I moved out there and I’m driving all the way to Eagan just for the customer service
