I ordered a medium lavender matcha latte and they didn't deliver it to me. It's the second time I've ordered drinks here and they do the same thing. They have terrible service. I really won't come here again .

Waited so long that I believe my drinks were missed, they had to re-ask my order to make it, both drinks tasted off, my americano was the weakest one I've had, tasted watered down and was not hot. My coworker said her drink tasted off as well

This store is usually fine but today 01/21/25 they decided to close the lobby randomly. Yayy me, I get to spend my lunch break waiting in drive though to retrieve my mobile order. Turn mobile orders off if you are closing the store. Wildly inconvenient.

The best Starbucks I've ever been to. The staff is very friendly, and they truly care about you. Quick service. Very, very nice staff that always starts my day off great. 10/10
I use to be a SB regular, but no longer. For the 10th time I ordered an americano that came out luke warm & tasted like dirty water. I am absolutely done with SB. Its literally torturing yourself for $4.65. I can make my own tasty cup of coffee for $0.50 or find a local coffee shop that will do far better. Goodbye SB, not everything lasts forever.

My wife went through the drive-thru just short of clothes and asked for something complex. The person taking the order and making the drink said it wasn't a problem and made it perfect. Staff was awesome and more than willing to help so close to close

My drink was not good so we called and they did not hesitate to fix the issue and make us a new drink! Also loved how they weren’t rude about it. The workers here are awesome always when we go to this location but tonight it was Evan, Josie or Jodie (sorry can’t remember) and Anthony that all helped.
