Dear Starbucks team, I was really excited about the new limited glass bear cup release, but unfortunately, they were sold out early in the morning in all nearby stores (Eagan, MN). I was very disappointed, as I’m a loyal customer and collect Starbucks cups from every special edition. Could you please let me know if there will be another release or a way to purchase one online?

I ordered for pick up on the app, I was picking up for a meeting and got to the store with all the doors locked and only a drive thru line available. I called the store twice and got through to be told I had to wait in line which made me very late. Everyone was nice to work wkfh but please update your app if you don’t do pick up so I’m not so so late for things.

This might be the first review I have ever written, but this experience truly deserves 5 stars.
I spent half a day at this Starbucks yesterday (Thursday, September 5th, 2025), and I was incredibly impressed by the level of service. I’ve been to many Starbucks locations around the country, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had.
The customer service was exceptional. My drink was made quickly and delivered directly to my table, no name called out, no confusion. Multiple employees checked in on me throughout my stay to see if I needed anything. At one point, someone came around with a tray of waters, offering them to all the customers. When I finished my drink, an employee cleared my table and asked if I’d like another water, then brought me a fresh one in a larger cup.
Every team member working that day showed not only hard work but genuine kindness. Whoever is managing this location, give these employees a raise (or at least a bonus!!!). They've set the bar high. I was beyond impressed!

It would be great if they listened. I asked for light ice They FILLED my cup to the rim with ice. I have taken 4 drinks and my large matcha is almost gone. I basically paid $8 for a large cup of ice with a splash of matcha. I will not be going back to this location!

Always order ahead on-line and zip right on through! Always super fast service, and the staff are always nice.
We had our drinks spill while we were carrying groceries in and they happily remade them for us!

The staff at this Starbucks are always so pleasant. I enjoy going there and ordering in person. This location is nice and airy, and located conveniently in with the shops and restaurants at the Commons.

I Mobile ordered 5 minutes prior to getting to drive thru. Partners were more focused in trying to coach me (with attitude) on when to get to drive thru than just doing what’s right and taking care of the customer. I was never greeted when I got to the window- just simply ignored- even if someone had just said we’ll be with you shortly, but their customer service priorities are not there. They were adequately staffed- there was no one else in the drive thru. The experience felt more like a McDonald’s than what Starbucks has ever felt like.
