I ended up leaving without a sandwich!!
I went into this Subway for the first time as I moved. The lady working there didn't greet me and was rude to the customers before me. While adding my condiments to the sandwich, she rolled her eyes and started an attitude with me. Every sentence beforehand, I said please and thank you. Once she started going off, I told her that I wouldn't allow this disrespect from her and she had no right to talk to me like this. Then I left. Mind you, all I ordered was a spicy Italian sandwich with lettuce, cucumber, banana peppers and pickles. Nothing complicated or huge order.
I've never had an issue with a worker before, I am a food service employee elsewhere. I would never talk to anyone this way, especially a paying customer. The business I went to after had excellent service and I got greeted by five different workers!

Parked out front & Ordered online waited 15 min for my order to be ready then when I walked in waited another 15 minutes for food to then be prepared in front of me. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait 30 min at a subway. At 9:00pm. Door dashers were prioritized over people waiting in line to add to the problem.

Do not order online they will severely skimp on your sandwhich!!!! I work nearby and when guest ask for somewhere to eat I will no longer recommend this place. I will never eat here via ordering online and I will never tip here regardless now that this has happened. I'm so disappointed I've never had a subway do this to me. Most of the soda selections were unavailable. The restroom was dirty and the paper towel dispenser was empty.
Subway sucks. I get it. But this Subway is weirdly great. They have never screwed an order up, the bread is always fresh and not stale, their veggies are always crisp. I'm not sure if it's due to the employees or the franchise owner, but this is literally the only Subway I will go to anymore. It's consistent time and time again.
