Subway sucks. I get it. But this Subway is weirdly great. They have never screwed an order up, the bread is always fresh and not stale, their veggies are always crisp. I'm not sure if it's due to the employees or the franchise owner, but this is literally the only Subway I will go to anymore. It's consistent time and time again.

Diego is awesome! Always makes my sandwich perfectly and patiently despite me admittedly having a somewhat ridiculous order :D . The highlight of it all is his incredible attitude! He is so positive and friendly and brings a refreshing style of customer service to the table!

Guy working at this subway has no idea what he's doing...ask him to put a little mayo and mustard and there was so much that it ruined the sandwich!

Hours online and on the door say they open at 8am. Stopped three times closer to 9am and they weren't open.Very frustrating ?

My complaint is how their hours claim to be 8am - 9pm, yet they were not open when I went several times around 8:30-8:45. This is REALLY BAD. Seems like a management issue. You should ALWAYS be open at 8am. If an employee calls in sick, guess what, the manager picks up the slack and opens the restaurant. Not hard to do because I worked at subway for 2+ years and we NEVER had a day where we didn’t open on time. I am not exaggerating. Van was the owner and Kat was the manager and we never opened past 8am. That’s good management. Now with that being said, I gave 4 stars because of this. On a positive note. The guy who has tattoos on his arms and is short but muscular is VERY GOOD at making a sandwich. He makes the best sandwiches. I’d say the older Mexican lady is second, in terms of service. The older Mexican man is nice too. So in short, the staff seem to be great, it’s just a matter of having the right person open the store who is reliable in the morning hours.

My son and I were staying in the hotel across the street and looking for late night dinner. We walked up at about 8:55 pm and noticed they were supposed to close at 9. We didn't try to come in because I don't ever want to be that customer. The man working noticed us outside as I was looking for another place for us to go that was open. He came outside and told us to come on in! We said, "are you sure? I know you are almost closed.."He assured us that he was happy to help! We got our subway and it was great! It was refreshing to get that type of service in this day and age. The young man's name is Luis and he represents this corporation with pride. Well done Luis!
