Unfortunately this location has been slipping in food quality and customer service. It used to be a reliable source of good food. However things have changed. Recent Friday night, looking for an easy meal, received the wrong order. Realized this when I got home. Bummer. I went back to the store to rectify the issue and was received with so much confusion and eventual frustration from the manager and workers. Not a good customer service experience. To add insult to injury, the food received, which still was not the correct order was not satisfactory. Lost a customer.

Very good food, although I am not Mexican- I have little faith in chain style taco places, but at Taco Libre I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the atmosphere. They had the staples I would expect as well as many things I didn’t think I’d see. I thought it was very good and I’d go again.

This place is outstanding. The food is well prepared with care and presented very well. The staff are nice, prompt, and efficient. I have zero complaints and will keep coming back.
I really love the true authentic nature of the street tacos. You get to choose you meat with every item to help every that you never get bored with the options. Every item I've tried so far has been fantastic. If you like authentic Mexican street food, this is where to go.

The food here is pretty good but the price point has just gotten wild. The base price of a taco is $4.99, plus the cost of whatever your meat is. It’s a bummer because as a casual taco spot, it’s delicious but they’re pricing out the average guest for a lunch date. If you want 3 tacos and a drink you’re looking at almost $30 with tip.

I live in Puerto Rico and have to travel to Eagan every so often for work. I absolutely love to order the Birria tacos when I am in town. Super delicious. Meat is super tender. The shells have great flavor and consistency. I absolutely recommend. I have only had their food via delivery so I can't comment on restaurant or location vibes.
