Normally I enjoy the food from Taco Libre and perhaps it’s from this location but my food tasted terrible. Ordered two American tacos (birria and steak) and a steak bowl. Both the steak meals were grizzled and flavorless. No amount of sauce could save it. And my “birria” taco arrived as a carnitas taco. The carnitas was also bone dry and flavorless. Didn’t finish any of it and paid a lot. Very disappointing!

I place a order on the taco libre app for a Mega quesabirria and a Torta cubana and I paid for both of them, but when I received the order I only received the mega quesabirria, I called the restaurant telling them the situation but I had a terrible customer service, they said the can’t do anything, that is the app business not theirs, just imagine to order your favorite food to watch a movie comfortable with your mom and then a issue like this happen and make you a bad day, I don’t think that the way the customer service of the restaurant talked to me is the correct way, now I don’t even feel like eating the mega quesabirria it’s just disgusting. The recipe that was sticked to the bag said it was 19.45 but they charged me for 45.38.

Their food and salsa is always on point, the machete is the go to for us. The only downside is that you have to order for yourself at the kiosk and they still ask if you want to tip.

Had lunch here, food is always fantastic however upon entering the guy who was making food was on his cell phone while wearing gloves and then proceeded to make everyone's food without replacing them with clean gloves. Cell phones are one of the dirtiest objects we come in contact with everyday so I was really grossed out by that. As a food service employee you should know better, you're touching the food that someone will consume and who knows if you were last on your phone while sitting on the toilet etc. I will try another location in the future because their food is delicious otherwise.

Great fast food at a very decent price. They have all kinds of options for Hispanic style food. Lots of yummy sauces. It's wheelchair friendly and accessible. There are kiosks to order food. Plenty of seating, family friendly. Excellent service!

I get the quesabirria and man lemme tell you it’s one of my favorites. Plenty of meat and the consume is literally heaven in a bowl. Pricey but so worth it. Queso is pretty good too and I love love love the salsa

Been here soooo many times. Always order three steak tacos. All three tacos didn’t even have as much meat as what one normally should have, and half of the meat I actually got was so chewy it was inedible. My elote cup was clearly microwaved. The guy at the restaurant tried arguing with me. 0/10 experience. I’ll spend less and get what I want at chipotle across the street.

Decent for what it is. The food is warm and is ready fast. I had a bowl that was okay. For $10, I expected a bit more flavor. I'm much more likely to go to Chipotle or the local favorite, El Salzón.
