Had a wonderful family experience at the Italian Pie Shoppe here in Eagan. Our server was friendly and did a great job serving us. The pies were a great value—large and delicious. We also tried the meatball appetizer and enjoyed that as well. We opted for thin crust pizza and they didn’t disappoint. The venue was fun with some great history to enjoy. Plenty of seating. Such a great experience for our family. Great business in Eagan.

I don't go there on a regular basis, however the pizza was good, but not the same as it used to be. Can't quite figure out what changed.

I have loved the Eagan Italian Pie Shoppe since their inception! I was even a prep cook and hostess back in the day! When I have driven up to Eagan from Southern Minnesota I have always been greeted by the Managers etc. Today my experience was horrible! What happened? Two guys trying to run the kitchen and service... Not a clue what they are doing! So long Italian Pie Shoppe! I will never drive this far again! I will stop at Carbone's (an original) in Eagan next time! See Ya!

Stopped in after getting to nearby hotel late. Wasn't quite sure of hours by the door. A very nice gentleman was cleaning up to get ready to close and said they were open for another 5 minutes bit was willing to take our order. Ordered a deep dish all meat pizza amd cheesy bread. Amazing customer service . Better yet was the pizza itself...if you are a deep dish lover...this is it. And toppings...let's say no skimping. Thank you for filling our tummies after an evening of traveling. Excited to go back, but earlier, in 5 short weeks.

Slow service and pizza was not as good as previous orders via doordash. Server was unable to remember what was ordered. It seemed to be he was too old to do the job.we waited over 2 hours for our food. Not enough staff.

My friend and I are spending the summer trying to find the best pizza places in the twin cities and this was our first stop. I highly recommend this place. The staff was super friendly and the pizza was amazing. We had the bacon cheese burger pizza and the cheesy bread. Both were delicious. The best part was the leftovers still tasted great the next day too! Will definitely come back!

We love taking our grandkids here with us. They enjoy coloring while we wait and the pizza is fantastic! It's always a good day when we get a chance to stop in. And the service is top notch! ?

We went here for a birthday party, and the service was incredibly slow. We were left with some very disappointed and unhappy people. They left us waiting forever and didn’t even have the courtesy to offer us refills of beer or something. They also brought us a pitcher of water, but brought us the glasses for said water much later. Nice. This has never happened to us before, and we were extremely disappointed. We have had a lot of found memories of going here over the years and we have never had a bad experience…until now. Whoever manages this place now should be ashamed of themselves. It was strange too. Hardly anyone seemed to be there, so there seemed to be no excuse for this. Supposedly, this was because there were only two cooks in the kitchen, but how hard is it to put in a pizza? They offered us a discount, but they should have given it to us for free the service was so terrible.Overall, we will never go back here again, which is a shame, as this was one of our favorite restaurants. Instead of going home happy, we were left with cranky, grouchy people and an evening that was basically ruined. The clowns currently who run this place apparently don’t care and have no issue with running one of the best pizza places in the southern Twin Cities into the ground. Have they no shame? If you can’t provide people with a decent experience, just save us all the headache and go out of business!
