I live around the corner and come here often and without fail no matter what time of day it is they answer the speaker with, “I’ll be with you in just a moment” then they leave me waiting at the speaker box for about ten minutes unless I say something. I absolutely hate coming here I can’t believe the customer service is actually better across the street at McDonald’s.**Edit***After all of that my order was wrong, please just don’t even waste your time here.

Fish was done when ordered extra well Done. Even we had to tell the girl to leave in the fryer for a minute longer . Fries was soggy.

In the morning on the menu they say you can order a whopper but when you pull up to do so they give you an excuse like it takes a few hours to warm up the broiler to cook it
Old fries and I swear they forgot how to make a whopper! Won’t be back to this one!
