“I was at the Eastside Express on June 8, 2019 at about 6:45 pm. The clerk ( female) was unprofessional and rude. The first and only customer in the store was Hispanic, when I entered along with 3 other customers. This first customer, this clerk looked at him and told him he would have to wait, and she proceeded to help the rest of us. Granted I understand asking someone to wait if they have alot of tickets, but this man had only 4 to cash out. I find this appalling, rude, and embarrassing! This is not my first time seeing this clerk acting unprofessional, I will not stop going to this store because of one rude clerk. The other clerks I've dealt with are helpful and pleasant!”

“The "Zep" grinder/sub is really good. The bread they use is very fresh and perfect for a sandwich. Crust is just tough enough to not fall apart under the weight of all the filling but the interior is soft and delicious. We got it with all their sauces and I was not disappointed. The deli meat (especially the ham) was a really good quality, decent flavor, good texture.Potato skins w/ cheese and taco meat were what you'd expect, no glorious revelation but taste good and better with sour cream.Their fried items were not over or under done and appeared to be made in new/clean oil.Price was affordable (compared to fast food it was down right cheap) and the location was VERY clean. Staff was friendly.Tacos were the only thing that wasn't particularly notable.Swung by once or twice and they were closed when I thought they'd be open but besides that they're definitely worth a visit. Or two; or three if you live less than a mile away.

Parking: Lots of space.

“My family had never been to Up North before and I cannot recommend it enough. My family has food allergies and had zero issues. The food was easily the best pizza in the area and our server Oliva was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable about our food requirements, she was incredibly kind to our children, and despite being busy never failed to check on us.

Dietary restrictions: We are a celiac family and there was no cross contamination with our gluten free pizzas.

Kid-friendliness: It's not a place made for kids, but the staff is very kind and understanding towards children.”

“This is my PLACE. I’m in love with subway. It’s so fresh??! There’s always a sweet lady working there and lemme tell you, she gets things DONE. I’ve never seen someone work as fast and good as her. “We tried Kaizen for the first time today, and we were very pleasantly surprised. Our server was very friendly. The prices were very reasonable. The food arrived very quick. You could tell the sushi was made fresh per order. Literally the best sushi I have ever tried. We also tried vegetarian udon, and loved it as well. We will be back!”

“Love this place. I know most people go for the crepes, rolled ice cream, and boba, but they also have some yummy hot food items as well. I always get the hulk rolled iced cream with strawberries, bananas, and condensed milk, so good! The crepes are great too! Just too big for me to finish and then I feel wasteful so I don’t get them anymore. I wish they had a smaller size option for the crepes.”
