The former owners knew how to connect with the neighborhood at a higher capacity.Prices have tripled or quadrupled and there's no longer one person behind the bar.It's still adequate. Always room for improvement.- The new owners have not been inclusive.- Sustainability and higher wages have nothing to do with raising prices by 300-400%.- Overdoing it doesn't make people feel comfortable.
The atmosphere and service are excellent. We have no complaints about the shop or the staff. However, we did throw our coffee away after a few sips. My husband ordered a latte that was far too sweet. I knew from the ingredients of the specialty lattes that mine would probably be too sweet for me with multiple syrups so I asked for a latte with just the French toast syrup. Amazing little downtown coffee shop. I have been a frequent visitor over many years. Coffee, Italian sodas and much more that are so good and made consistently. They have lots of space to sit alone, with a friend or get your goodies to go. They are quick when busy and always have friendly service. There is a small space to purchase neat locally made items and Urban Stampede clothing. Thanks for the great coffee.
