“I just found Bernie's when searching for something to have delivered to my kid who lives far from us. I sent an email and they replied quickly and then I called when they were open, there's a time zone difference. They took my order and delivered baked goodies to my kid's work. I highly recommend them. If you're in or around Grand Forks check them out. They went above and beyond and helped me celebrate my kid even though we are many states apart.”

“No, since the new owner has taken over, I have been served Moldy food🤢🤮. And raw chicken do not recommend eating here ever again. Service is very poor and cannot get an order right.A/C is not working. weeds outside are out of control. the building looks abandoned. they couldn't and wouldn't refund my money over the moldy food. Something needs to be done by the corporation. I doubt this is the image they want for their company.”

“This afternoon, I stopped at Subway to pick up my order and quickly realized I had accidentally placed it at a completely different Subway in another area.

The staff at this location were incredible. They immediately helped me try to contact the other restaurant to see if my order could be canceled. When we realized it was too late and the order was already being prepared at the other location, they went above and beyond by making me a fresh meal here—even though the mistake was entirely mine.

After a long and difficult day, that simple act of kindness meant more than they probably realize. They never made me feel embarrassed or foolish for my mistake. Instead, they showed patience, understanding, and genuine compassion.
