Literally, took absolutely for ever to deliver 2 items, tipped 20% for a 2 minute drive. The order was on quality check for over 20 minutes and the food definitely wasn't quality. Management definitely needs to do better.

They made a mistake with the delivery which happens , but Customer service is so shitty an hour later I still haven’t even been able to get a hold of somebody to help me remedy it ! Only wanted icing for my cinnamon twists but they couldn’t find my order that I was holding in my hand & delivered within 5-7 min (as to try catch delivery guy ) but he left me on hold 22 min!😒so I contact customer service which said my call is important 10 or more times in 25 min of waiting. go to Pizza Hut. It can’t be worse

I have ordered from dominos A LOT and the last Four time they have messed up my order! Called them told them what happened and they offer credit for things that could have been fixed and sent out right away! Never will I order from them AGAIN!!!

This pizza shop is great!! Dominos is always there with a hot pizza for me.
Worst delivery drivers in town. Every other place that you tip in advance, if you tip well they'll deliver quickly. Domino's is the one place where if you tip well they'll deliver to you last. Drivers here are garbage. Food is okay if you have a coupon for a deal, but do yourself a favor and do carry-out. Their delivery is terrible and has been for several years. Their management clearly doesn't care.
If you order here it's probably best to carry-out. I've never had issues...

I have ordered several times over the past couple years. Most of the time I order and use PayPal and tip ahead of time. I ask for a text or call when it's here. More times then not it's cold on my step. I call and report my problem and they don't seem to care. I have ordered three years, earliest being tonight. Won't order again. Delivery driver only cares about a tip, nothing else
