I actually got a to go order. The staff is very punctually . They happened to be out of to go cups for soda so instead they gave me 2 free cans of pop.
Absolutely horrible experience today, table was dirty, asked to be moved and lady argued that it’s the table that’s sticky but it’s not dirty. We are normally great tippers and tip based on service quality. We chose not to tip today for reasons we believe made our experience not great. The waitress then rudely came out to our car banging on the window begging for a tip. And stood there arguing and demanding a tip. Then proceeded to tell me that our family can go across the street and eat at McDonalds from now on.
The food could have been way better! I know the other store does a great job on the food. The service was about the worst I have had in GF. I'm also not happy about the card fee and Auto tip that is calculated after the Card Fee . The tip was $17 and the service should have been $0 . If you bring the drinks after the food after 40 minutes then you don't deserve any tip. Tips should be earned.
Exceptional food and personable service.
The food was really good, great place for a date night. Our waitress was very nice an attentive despite being the only waitresses on staff and having to service the entire restaurant being full and very busy. She did an excellent job and I commend her.
Beautiful place that appears bigger inside than expected! We loved our food- from the salad to the sushi - it was all great! Will definitely be back!
Excellent food and drinks. The Drunken Noodle is my go to. Make sure to get it extra spicy if you like it HOT!!! Their Orange Chicken is another staple and unlike any other. You won't find flavors like this anywhere else in Grand Forks.
Went there for lunch and got there around 12:30; it was busy and at the time there was only one server, so I understand it being busy. However we didn’t have anyone check in until 20 minutes after getting there. The server took our order, she repeated my order back to me(indicating she got it) however when she brought the food, she said she thought my friend and I “were sharing an entree” and didn’t put my order in. She got it fixed and I got my food quickly. The restaurant had cleared so it wasn’t as busy. We had our tabs ready and instead of checking on us she went to chat with coworkers. I’ll do pick up next time
Love your new location. Service was fast and very friendly. Three of us had dinner and everyone enjoyed their meals. Tonight was my grandson interdiction to Thi food and loved it.
There drunkin noodles are the best ever there not to spicy, but if you like a little heat just ask. There service was incredible today very friendly. They have recently relocated and was glad to see that there food was just as good as before the move and the portions that we got were more then enough for me and my wife.I always make a point to get there noodles and spicy basil fried rice and never regret it I'm glad they found a new building and will be around for a long time
Restaurantji Recommends
They always take so long to get ready an order even when the place is almost empty
Great food!
Ate here Friday evening. Place was super busy and the staff handled it well. Service was great and the food was delicious. It is a smaller place so the noise from other tables was up there a bit but nothing they can do about that. Will be back to try some of the other food on the menu.
I ordered something that I guess was only served at lunch, but they were nice enough to give the items anyway instead of changing my order. Food was prepared very quickly, think I only waited around 15 minutes, and tasted very good The hostess was very nice and courteous.
Highly recommend the sesame chicken! Food is always great, service is quick, and pricing similar to other restaurants in town.
