denied our service for having an outside drink and screamed at us to get out, this is the worst treatment I’ve received from a subway restaurant! NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!!!

I feel compelled to share my experience at Subway due to the unacceptable treatment my wife and I have encountered on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, our visits have been marred by the behavior of an older lady who works there, whose verbal abuse has left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome.

During our visits, we have experienced firsthand her aggressive tone and harsh remarks directed at us, which were not only uncalled for but also deeply upsetting. On one occasion, I attempted to ask a simple question, and instead of a courteous response, I was met with a barrage of condescending remarks. My wife, who was with me, also faced similar treatment, which was disheartening to witness.

It’s not just us who have been subjected to her outbursts; we have observed her yelling at other customers as well. It’s clear that this type of behavior is not an isolated incident, and it creates a hostile environment that is completely contrary to what one would expect from a customer service establishment.

I attempted to report these incidents to the Better Business Bureau, only to find out that this location is not accredited, which limits the recourse available to affected customers like myself. I am now in the process of escalating this matter to higher management in hopes that action will be taken to address this unacceptable behavior.

It’s truly unfortunate because the services offered at Subway have potential, but the customer service experience has been severely compromised by this individual's behavior. I hope that by sharing my experience, others will be aware and that the management will take the necessary steps to ensure a more respectful and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Ordered on the app for pickup up at 12:35 and by 1:00 I was still waiting and canceled my order because I wouldn't have time to eat. The 1 person working was rude. Deserves a -5 star review.

I really wish that we could give this place a zero. Went in there ordered a sub, already had a worst attitude there was a lady that screamed and a man when he walked in. Made it instantly an uncomfortable atmosphere. Found out she wasn't fact the lead manager of the whole entire store. After this I was asking for ingredients on my sub and I was told that I wasn't allowed to have more than eight pieces of spinach on my sandwich. Because supposedly an exact words of manager said she was sick of getting bitched out about them using too much spinach. A little does she know but I know the owners and her general manager and they wouldn't say anything like that. The shop is in so desperate need of a new management I can't even begin to tell you the atmosphere there for the employees and for everybody else must be absolutely horrible.

The bread, I question if it was several days old, it was hard and dry. I would like to think that the man making the sub would of noticed this. Paid way to much for rock hard sandwich....sad, dirty place as well so I recommend simply driving by this subway location and search fro a different one.

Get a new manager. The guy with the bandana sucks. He refuses to fix his mistakes and the girl opted to toast my whole sandwich lettuce and all so now the bread is double toasted and burnt

Last time coming to this one. Why am I paying 14$ for a mid sandwich with one person working both front and drive thru that takes 20 minutes or more to get 3 sandwiches out? Disappointing.

All I ask the guy is what the new chicken. Salad looks like,he got an attitude about this pathetic, that is a legitimate question!!! Chicken salad comes in various textures. I decided that although I was hungry for subway,I will go to Hugo's and get less quality but friendly service!!!!
