420pm No name on receipt. 6 inch sub turkey. The bun is so hard to eat. It is NOT fresh. Sad. He is not busy. No one was in or out of Subway. No excuse to hand out hard buns. I would have went back,but I am from out of town. Sad part is I gave him a tip.Wow. Who ever owns this subway in EGF, needs to talk to this employee. I will not come back here.

This is my PLACE. I’m in love with subway. It’s so fresh??! There’s always a sweet lady working there and lemme tell you, she gets things DONE. I’ve never seen someone work as fast and good as her. She’s the best because she doesn’t play AROUND. I swear she puts love, sparkles, glitter, and happiness in my sub. #

Manager is rude. She wasnt willing to fix my sandwhich. She said it was my fault! I have order it the same way on the touch screen at the drive thru and never had a probelm til now. I called the other subway to make sure I was ordering it right. I even went back to drive thru to see if I missed a button on the menu. No. I didnt want no sauce on my sandwhich. So I didnt pick a sauce and pass to the next page. The guy i would see before working there told me this to. If I was wrong please someone tell me what was I suppose do? She rudely told me I was suppose to call and let them know no sauce on my sandwhich. When did this start? Why dont I have to do that at the other subways. No one answers the dam phone egf and shes the manager.. no customer skills at all.. they need new management

Very convenient, and the staff are really nice. The sandwiches though can be a bit inconsistent, one can be made like a reduction subway sandwich, another is made like it’s a hot dog…

This is the worst Sub I have ever gotten from Subway, never will I go to this Subway again. The sub wasn't proofed enough so it was dry and tough and very small sure wasn't a 12" sub! I had a Turkey sub with pepper jack and American cheeses double, a little Spinach, Lettuce, tomato, alot of pickles, and asked for alot of Black Olives. What I got was a Turkey Sub with pepper jack and American cheese then I got alot of Spinach, barely any Lettuce, 4 tomato slices, about 5 pickles slices, I sure didn't get alot of Black Olives maybe 10 if I'm lucky. I only gave 1 star but it should be 0 stars! The worst subway ever and I've had some bad subs

It was the best SUBWAY I have ever been to. I don't live far from there and I will return again and again, very pleasant and pleasing. It was fast and awesome ?, great employees.?

I ordered the new monster sub on Valentine’s Day I thought it was going to be awesome! I was wrong it was horrible I was so disappointed The steak was cold and mushy and had a different smell to it! I also edited my order to have pepper jack cheese and also extra lettuce and all of the veggies but only got half of the veggies no pepper jack cheese and didn’t even add my Mayo or ranch! It always seems like that location gets my order wrong and East Grand Forks but if I go to the different location it’s a way different experience! It’s every time I order from East Grand Forks I will no longer be ordering from there! Yuck

Quick in and ordered a 6” Subway Club “toasted.” I was the only customer. The restaurant was very clean. This place is small, but it had several seating options. The employee that was by himself was very personable and helpful. I decided to eat my sub in the restaurant. The air conditioning felt good after being outside for the past couple of hours in this heat and humidity. Thank you!

Negative stars! I am so sick of it taking 20 minutes to get a darn sandwich. have never left here in under 20 minutes. EVER! I am done! I have tried so many times over the years to eat at this location. I am finally done. 20 to 30 minutes to wait on a sandwich is unexcitable.

Recently every time I come here my order has been wrong. When I wanted to bring up the issue to the manager I was told there wasn’t one there and this time I tried to call and there is no one to answer the phones, again. I’m just finally writing a review because I waited a few days before coming back here because my last experience was just horrible. My order was wrong (shocker) so I called and turned back around immediately and they were already closed and it’s frustrating because I called right before they closed and again got no answer and that time I’m sure it was laziness because there were no other cars and they were inside cleaning when I got there. I’m gonna try and reach out to corporate but I doubt much will change.
