Brutal customer service
I've always ordered Boba teas here but never have ordered it without ice. Well, I finally did, and it turns out that they give you less content when you don't add ice. Now, if you think about it, they make more profit for not adding ice, and when you take about an inch of the liquid off from the top, they make even more profit (saving ice and liquid)! In other words, they make more money when you don't add ice! What they really should do is fill it to the top, and then their pricey Boba tea would be justified, with or without ice. It's already calculated in the price. I'm a Boba tea critic and do try many places, so I will recommend a place that is good, not too pricey, and also will fill it to the rim without ice.
9/7/2025 update:
Today I went back here to order milk teas. The worker made a mistake putting both orders with no ice but the notes specifically said one with no ice and one with ice. Anyway, the bigger mistake was the second worker took over and when she added ice, she took a new cup and scoop a bunch of ice and filled it to half the cup, then poured in the milk tea from the original cup to the new cup. Unfortunately, the ice was too much so she had to dump out the extra teas and throw it away instead of scooping out the excessive ice! That's a waste and not the right way. The right thing to do was to pour the tea to the new cup then add ice enough to reach the top of the cup. Regrettably, I asked to add ice but what I got in the end was less tea than I originally got when no ice was added. I recommend anybody reading this review to reconsider finding a different Boba tea, for this particular tea shop, though the only choice in the Asian Mall in Eden Prairie, you really got no choice but to tolerate their bad service. Not recommended.

Ordered a classic milk boba tea with at 50% sweetness and it was way too sweet. They also didn’t have regular tapioca pearls.
Regrettably, it was the worst boba I’ve tried and I won’t be back
This is our favorite place for mochi donuts. They have a wide variety of flavors and they also make special ones on holidays. Make sure to come early or else there won’t be any left. Most of the time after 5pm they seem to be all sold out.
I love both the authentic Asian drink and American style beverages, so I’m usually pretty good at discovering the good stuff - but I have to say, this boba coffee I got today is disappointing. I ordered an Iced Vietnamese Coffee with Egg Custard topping and boba (extra $1 for the boba), which is almost $9 in total. The drink I actually received has no egg custard creamy topping, no boba, just a plain coffee - nothing like what was advertised on the menu. Also, you need to be very careful when you order any drinks - it’s very possible that they post something with a lot of fun boba and jelly, but it’s not included (yes they explained that on the menu, but that font is very tiny so be mindful).
They are out of donuts 50% of the time. When they do have them, they are delicious.

Ordered 3 drinks and got a 3 pack of mochi donuts. The drinks were pretty good though would love to see a hot or cold option. I also wished there was a way to order individual donuts. Service was not the best as the barista was a bit rude as she sort of just “threw” the drinks on the counter and walked away. Didn’t even call the orders out. Left us confused.

Best donuts on earth. Not only do they taste better than every other donut, they don’t make me feel like crap even after eating 2+ of them. Not too sweet, great flavors, and the texture is nice. They’re best fresh but hold up pretty well. This place gets very busy on weekends but the line moves super fast and the workers are always friendly. Got bober once and it was good too.

For what I paid I should have had at least one soft 🍩 donut! Too pricey for what it is also the employees don't do much but still are slow and rude
Overall really yummy. Some flavors much better than others. Top flavors are black sesame and taro.
Have not had the boba.

Too much ice for the price, but good donuts. $8 for a large pineapple green tea with lychee jelly. $3 for a mochi donut. No ice or sugar customizations.
I go here regularly when I visit Asia Mall. The donuts, such as black sesame and taro, are worth it when the wait is short.
Gave us the worst boba not Evan what we ordered and when we asked why there is no barely sugar in there they had attitude and was very rude about it disgusting service get it together
Very good, Boba. I got a strawberry fruit tea, but also I recommend the milk tea .

Very good, Boba. I got a strawberry fruit tea, but also I recommend the milk tea .
Also the donuts Here are very good
The mochi donuts were super delicious. I liked the taro flavor. We also got chocolate and birthday cake. We got a royal milk boba tea but I did not like it. We usually get this same boba at star cup and love it. The flavor was different here and I wouldn't order it again.
The staff was super friendly and very attentive.
Would come back for more donuts !
They have a very easy order taking system - self ordering.
