The mochi donuts were super delicious. I liked the taro flavor. We also got chocolate and birthday cake. We got a royal milk boba tea but I did not like it. We usually get this same boba at star cup and love it. The flavor was different here and I wouldn't order it again.
The staff was super friendly and very attentive.
Would come back for more donuts !
They have a very easy order taking system - self ordering.

Finally, my first time trying mochi donuts and these were delicious! Honestly, the only reason I'd go out of my way to the Asia Mall (half an hour from my home) is to get more of these mochi donuts. My husband and I tried the taro, blueberry cobbler, and black sesame (least favorite). I look forward to trying more flavors! Highly recommend a visit!

The Mochi donuts were to die for! The boba tea, which was really great. They even asked me before I drank my tea to try it just in case I didn't like it. And if I didn't like it, they would remake it, but the first sip was delicious.

Waited in line for about 30 minutes total for one drink - 20 minutes for a kiosk to open and 10 for the drink. The customers at the kiosks take a lot of time and the drinks take a bit too. No complaints as it was a busy Saturday afternoon. However, extremely disappointed in the lack of quality/quantity. there were no “ice” options which in my experience, only come from boba shops with stingy portions (Tiger Sugar for ex). My drink was at least 60% ice and finished within 2 minutes. The amount of pearls in my drink was VERY stingy. Needless to say, I will not be back. 30 minutes for one overpriced boba ($9.65) was a rip off. Only good thing was the flavor. I hope this establishment can improve

We order boba tea from here often. I’ve always asked for double boba for my partner and one serving for me. Last week when it was slow, I waited by the counter for my order and watched the guy pull the tickets from the machine with my orders. I also watched him put 1 scoop of boba into both our cups. I orders 2 scoops for 80cents extra for my partner which I do every time for months. When he delivered the finished drinks to me, I asked him if he put double the boba for my one drink and he straight faced lied and said yes. There is nothing I disrespect more than a liar. It reflects a person’s poor character. Now I’m wondering how long this has been going on. How much extra $ have the been pocketing and not delivering? This is why I will never pre tip an order again.

We usually come to Bober for mochi donuts and today was no exception. Given we managed to finally make it in the middle of the day, the variety was great (they usually sell out of the popular flavors by the evening), but what I really could have done without was the passive aggression of the woman who took our orders. We wear masks to public places and she went out of her way to "confuse" the varieties we wanted. I'm sorry, but "funnel cake" does not sound like "taro", no matter how badly you pronounce it and we've never had complaints about how we enunciate (this was just one example of no fewer than five mistakes she managed to make before giving us our order of a whole three donuts). It's a well-known anti-masker tactic, to intentionally "mis-hear" what was said - just a shame we had to come face-to-face with it in our favorite donut spot. I am 100% about it having been deliberate because there was a woman without a mask in line in front of us whose order was taken by the same cashier without a single error.

Do better.

I’ve been to Mochi Dough multiple times and I was highly disappointed with our last visit. I ordered a box of six and while waiting to pick out my doughnuts the sales Associate who helped me was busy eating a snack with her bare fingers and then proceeded to touch the utensils to help me. That’s absolutely disgusting not to wash your hands.
