I came into crumble cookie today July 19th at 6.39pm I accidentally pressed the mini cookies on the kiosk I clicked the wrong cookie and asked if I can I pay the difference for a big cookie instead the Spanish lady at the register busy on the phone trying to help me with a refund but I only wanted to pay the difference she got upset and she snatched the box threw the box to the side and picked up the big box and started tossing my cookies in the box!
I told her you don’t have to be rude throwing my box and slamming my cookies when I’m just trying to pay the difference it was horrible experience I come to cookie crumble often and i’ve never dealt with this type of customer service in my life, especially at Crumble cookie when my kids love Crumble cookie.
