I must say the service was fast and the food was hot.

In the Drive-Thru I asked for my custard while I was waiting for my food I was told they're not allowed to hand food out through the window unless it is like a pint as she was handing me my drink.
I prefer to eat my custard first but that's just personal preference. I just don't understand why they couldn't provide it. Any other location I go to is able to do that?

I placed an online order but I forgot to switch it to the bloomington location. So it was placed here at EP Culvers.
So when I realized, I called them and rushed over. The manager was this Latino fella. When I explained my stupid mistake to him, he had his team re-make my order fresh!
Goddamn! That's great service! Thank you Latino dude and culvers team!

The chain of restaurants no one's Culver's Is A minnesotan Favorite And Top go to restaurants Every individual whether that's a family Or single person.

What prompted my review today was the manager working this morning named Krista. I'd like to applaud her for going above and beyond service levels and providing such high standards of customer service and also the general atmosphere that she has going throughout her restaurant and employees....
