When I pulled up to order at the drive thru I was told it would be 5 minutes Waited 10 minutes and finally said hello. Was then told thank you for my patience as we are very “busy” waiting on the customers inside and was asked to give them a couple more minutes. Nope not waiting any longer. You can do better DQ. There was a least 6 cars waiting behind me. If you can’t manage the pace of the customers between drive thru, mobile ordering, and dine in, then shut down mobile ordering and/or the drive thru. If I knew they were prioritizing dine in, I would have just gone in. So another restaurant will be getting my business today.

Worst DQ of Minnesota. Waiting forever. They do not even do the DQ blizzard test because it would fail. I wouldn't come back here if I didn't have kids, often I drive to another city to avoid this DQ.

Ordered from the $5 and $7 menu. Food was good. Cornell Turner took our order and was very friendly and happy to help. I didn't order a beverage with my two items but while I was sitting at the table eating he walked over a glass of ice water for me so I would have something to drink.
I stopped there for lunch 9/27/23 and went inside and I met Cornell. Cornell made my day. He is a great person and an awesome employee. Hed made feel welcome the second I walk in the door. It was the greatest experience I've had at a restaurant.

It's mid September and they're already out of the pumpkin pie blizzard for the season. It's literally the only reason I ever go to Dairy Queen. I just don't understand how you're out of something that is supposed to be around for so much longer.

UpdatedOriginal review: There is no service here, and I mean that literally. On several occasions I have gone to the drive through during business hours and had to drive away after waiting more than 15 minutes without any movement, including 2 times where there was no one working the windows (nothing indicated the drive through was closed). I've even seen the lights on with (apparently) nobody working inside.Update:Got a generic corporate response, which I expected. I will say this in response to DQs reponse:Look at the reviews from the last 6+ months. This is not new and you are not fixing the issue. Investigate and resolve the problems or just close the location. Do something. No I will not return to this location until something is done.
