The food and atmosphere is always great! Even when they are short staffed, the employees do whatever they can to make us happy.
Incredibly slow service and blizzard was served half melted even though I saw it just being made. Would have never passed the upside down test.
Slower, it's either under staffed or employees that are working are slow. 30 minutes average to get a blizzard. When doing mobile online orders even if you tell them you're here for pickup they send you to the ice cream counter and those guys act like they can't see you
