The food is amazing but can you guys wear hair nets in the kitchen? There’s been one two many times seeing a piece of hair in my food and I don’t go for months after that

We had a nice Friday evening dinner at Haven. Don't let the strip mall location fool you, this is a nice family run restaurant with authentic Thai cuisine. The staff is so friendly, you can tell that customers matter to them. Service was lightning fast, and the food was really excellent. We had two noodle dishes and a rice dish, all were great and each had a different flavor. Try the Thai tea too!

The food was fantastic. I highly recommend coming here if you are in the area.

The chicken pad Thai was very good! I added veggies. I have finally found a place that has good Thai food!! I’m so pumped. The place is very clean and the service was great too.

Pho is phenomenal here. Large menu with appetizers, stir fry and many dishes, too. They only have one pho but it SLAPS. The meatballs are a good texture as well as the beef (the two meats in their pho), nice and tender. And the broth is brilliant especially because they bring all the fixings (bean sprouts herbs jalapeños, lime, chili sauce, hoisin, Sriracha) also they were very kind and super attentive, always filling my water and asking if I had everything I needed after a few bites. Highly recommend; Will be going again. Quite a few booths and tables for 1-4 people and larger groups can push tables together. I dined as a solo individual and was perfectly comfortable, too; aka not awkward. Seems a lot of people get to go as well.. food comes fast!

I enjoyed eating at Haven, the food was good, the service was great, and I got to sit by a windowed area looking over a pond in the back. I ordered pork potstickers, which were deep fried instead of pan fried. Although the dipping sauce was good, the dumplings lacked some flavor and the filling was a little wet. It was also a little pricey for only 6 dumplings. I also ordered the Tofu Pad See Eew, which was solid. The tofu texture was perfect, spice was on point, and it had a subtle smoky wok flavor. The sauce was slightly too sweet for me. Sitting down, the service was extremely friendly and attentive, and the food came out extremely fast. Although the dumpling portion was small, the overall entree portions were generous.

UPDATED REVIEW As of March 2025, the word “vegan” is crossed out on the menu. The manager said they no longer offer vegan menu items because they use shrimp paste in all of those dishes. ORIGINAL REVIEW There is a row of comfy booths next to (and under) windows that offer a picturesque view of the lake, with a gas fireplace nearby. There are 5 labeled vegan curry dishes. The manager had a very “can do” attitude about veganizing and said they can make most soups, salads and entrees vegan upon request, since everything is made to order. Being a fan of authentically spicy food, I loved having 6 levels of hotness to choose from, and seeing the menu caption that said, “Caution choosing spice levels as our peppers are not Minnesota Nice.” The Vegetarian Curry was wonderful and authentic tasting. Every bite was packed with flavor. Huge portion size – definitely enough for 2 meals. I ordered mine with tofu and they did NOT skimp. My meal was served 5 minutes after ordering, which is great for a work lunch. Great dining experience overall. I LOVE the drunken noodles here (chicken & “hot” options), the friendly staff and generous portions are a plus. The food is as expected, plenty of heat, but not overbearing with my options (if you are sensitive to heat, there are lower heat options). The leftovers often become my lunch the next day. This is my go-to place for Thai food, even when I have closer options to my workplace. For a quick and easy after-work dinner, they just do it better. HAVEN, keep it up!

We were in heaven eating at Haven. Visiting from New York we wanted some good food. So much better than fast food, we had fast service, and our waiter was friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!!

Saturday night was my first visit to Haven. Excellent food, generous portions, great service and nice atmosphere with reasonable prices. I'll definitely return and can highly recommend this restaurant.
