I’ve been waiting on a late delivery via Bite Squad. I called Kadai and it turns out the order was cancelled because my order wasn’t ready, and the driver couldn’t wait.
Make sure to check what mood is in cook today? We drove 25 miles and they turned down our orders because cook was angry and tired because he came at 5am! Poor customer service and not apologetic!
Drove 20 miles, arrived at 9:30 pm only to be told that the cooks were tired since they came at 5am. Maybe you should change the timings on your website or hire more cooks.

Biryani items such as great biryani and chicken 65 biryani are tasty, perfectly spiced and full of flavor. The lassi made with mango is rich, refreshing and the perfect finish. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, the staff are kind, attentive and genuinely impressive. Service is kind and made us feel welcomed without ever rushing. The takeout is delicious and the catering service is top‑notch, beautifully presented, timely and seamless. Overall the experience feels fresh, comforting and satisfying. It is worth every penny and highly recommend for both dining in and catering events.
