went to the drive thru today and got 3 sandwiches well now my family isn't doing so good we got them around 3pm and now think we might have food poisoning and might need to make a trip to urgent care we never had this issue before
Numerous co-workers of mine including myself order weekly from this Jimmy Johns. Months ago the service was superb. They delivered "freaky fast" and all was good. Now you order and they don't show up anywhere near your time if you selected a specific time and if you just choose the option for "now" it takes well over 45 minutes. Asked for a turkey sandwich with just extra mayo and lettuce. Get home and it has tomato's and no mayo and I couldn't even find the turkey. This is by far the worst I ever had. I will never put foot in Jimmy John's in Eden Prairie again. You are worse then your competitors. I give you a big F.
