WOW! This store has really turned it around. Last fall was not so great of an experience the couple times I stopped in. Completely different now. No wait, fresh/good food, and very pleasant employees! A+

I came in today and their servers were down and the employees were working so hard to get everyone their food in a timely manner, despite technical issues that happen from time to time. Some of the nicest employees at this location! Very kind humans! Very clean and a surprisingly large space for a jimmy johns! Lots of seating!! There is another jimmy Johns not far from this one and i will choose this location over the other one hands down! I went tonight and they had a couple people training in and the people training them were very encouraging and understanding!! Great job!!

25 minutes to get a JJ slim from mobile order!
I came inside to watch them make orders for 6 walk in customers who ordered at the checkout and waited for their sandwiches…picked them up and walked out. I’m still waiting for my sandwich from my mobile order. Yes I checked in when I arrived and waited in my car for 10 minutes watching people go in and out!!!! Then walked inside to see ridiculous travesty in person!
5 employees and sandwiches were rolling out so slow. 4 other always waiting for sandwiches!

Ordered Jimmy John's for lunch as I didn't have time to leave the office. Received my sandwich that was supposed to be cut in half, and it was not. This is the third time this has happened in a row. Not only that, but my BLT that comes with mayo didn't have any mayo on it. There's like 4 ingredients that go into a BLT. Shouldn't be that hard to get right.
The will NOT accept cash here. Then act like jerks that I even tried to pay with cash.

I placed a catering order for pick up at this location for 9/21/23. Food was ready on time and staff was very personable. They even asked me to call back to make sure everything was OK. I did not call back but appreciated their desire for feedback which shows they care. To me, that means a lot.
