Mi Pueblo Eden Prairie

The menu has changed and I’ll miss the quesadilla abuelita but the street burrito with chicken was quite good!! Looks plain on the plate but so tasty!! The chicken has great flavor from this place!!

I tried the Quesadilla Abuelita and it was fantastic!! Not like your ordinary quesadilla where it’s mostly cheese but it has a nice crisp burrito shell with a lot of chicken inside making it very flavorful!!! Great service!!

Ate here on Sunday after a long day , ordered 6 tacos it was nearly 40 dollars , extremely expensive no drink included. After consuming said tacos my stomach began to growl and I began to feel immense pain and agony in my abdominal region , immediately followed by the most diarrhea and vomiting I had ever experienced in my life , losing over 2 days off work . I had called into to tell them explaining that I couldn’t afford to loose 2 days of paid leave , that all I was asking in return was the initial payment of said tacos , which they so rudely refused , and told me I would not be receiving any refund and immediately hung up . I will never be returning or retrying again .

Great little Mexican restaurant with a small but nice bar.

We've been here several times...went back a couple of days ago...MiPueblo is as good as ever! Wonderful margueritas, AMPLE servings of delicious and well prepared food, incredibly attentive wait staff. Tell everyone you know...!

This is one of the best restaurants in Eden Prairie. Highly recommend the Pina Colada margarita. Such amazing food and service. Everyone needs to try this place!

Love this place! We go all the time, carry out and dine in. The food is really fresh and authentic and I'm always impressed with how kind the staff is even though my kids are usually plowing through the chips or spilling something!

Great food. Friendly staff. Lots of specials. Good kids meal options. I will definitely be returning. I can’t wait to come back for happy hour. I had the shrimp diablo and my daughter had kids tacos. Both were great.
