Always pleasantly surprised by the quality (and quantity!) of the sushi at Osaka! Even when we try not to order too many rolls, we always end up happy and full
Food was good. although the staff needs help it seems. Example: told staff to bring salads without dressing. they brought us salads with dressing on them and when we informed them again about not wanting salad with dressing on it waitress stated she would bring it out to us. She never brought them out. The Chef even after his showmanship for dinner never offered the yum-yum sauce or the spicier version of the sauce to the table. even though the dishes were right there next to him for him to fill them and offer them to the customers.

The service here is top tier! Quick service, fun experience and well trained friendly employees. The sushi, salad, chicken, steak and white rice was great. The soup was absolutely nasty I tried one sip and almost threw up. The fried rice wasn’t good at all and lastly the noodles and veggies were bland. Overall this place is worth the money you are paying and the service is truly great. I just wish some food items were better.

If you’re a person of color, don’t bother coming here. They like to only please a certain demographic. My family and I were treated HORRIBLY. Never again!!

This was my first visit to Osaka and it would be last as well. The service was horrible, the server took more than 10 minutes to even take our orders, did not even apologize for being late. I don’t blame her, she was managing atleast 8 tables with guests. She seemed to manage the bar as well. We had the dinner box and our server got us check without even asking if we wanted dessert or not. We were so pissed, even though we were looking forward to have fried ice cream, we felt humiliated to even ask. Food is average, I have had much better sushi at places like Crave. So, definitely don’t recommend this place unless you want to have fun enjoying hibachi.
