Food is very good, service is excellent, people are very kind and professional, great atmosphere, workers get along and help each others wile they’re attending customers. My experience always eating in Popeyes is good and I always feel invited to come back.
I have a special needs child. She is extremely picky eater. We bought her macaroni here which she loved. The gentleman working the counter saw that she liked it came over to our table with another container of it and said no charge. Such a kind thing to do!
The only reason I keep coming back is due to the convenience of the location, and the food is decent overall. Their customer service is lacking. Heads up, the lobby is closed at 8 pm. It could be for safety reasons. The line usually moves pretty quickly, so it's not a major impact to the customer.
